Social Profile:

Vietnamese cuisine is characterised by the neutrality of ingredients that are not too spicy, too sweet, or too fatty. The auxiliary ingredients (spices) for processing Vietnamese dishes are extremely rich. That contributes to the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine. Therefore, to promote Vietnamese cuisine all over the world, especially in Malta. Here, there are a variety of Vietnamese dishes from all regions with the unique decoration, processing, and dedicated service of our restaurant. They will evoke a special feeling within the customers. Everyone is welcome to the enjoyment!

This is hands down the best place for authentic Vietnamese food in Malta! The Pho is incredible – rich, flavorful broth with tender meat, fresh herbs, and perfectly cooked noodles, just like in Vietnam. The Nem Nuong (grilled pork skewers) is juicy, smoky, and packed with authentic flavor, served with fresh vegetables and tasty dipping sauces. Every dish feels homemade with true passion for Vietnamese cuisine. On top of that, the service is warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even more special. A real gem for anyone who loves genuine flavors – highly recommended!

While on holiday we wanted a change in cuisine from Western style, which can sit heavy in your stomach.

ToV was great. I really enjoyed the vegan dishes, which were spicy and refreshing. The summer rolls were very fresh and healthy.
My carni partner had a good time but had some minor reservations.

Overall, I highly recommend this place. Relaxed and down to earth

A small but very atmospheric restaurant. We only stopped in for a quick bite and weren’t disappointed. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was friendly. It’s worth stopping by and trying it out.

We had dinner here twice during our stay in Malta because of the great food, so fresh and rich of flavour. The pho has the best broth. Service was very good and the upstairs dining room is very cozy and pleasant.

Excellent family owned Vietnamese restaurant!

Food
For starters, we had one of the tastiest summer spring rolls with prawn (with an amazing soybean sauce on the side). For mains, we loved the gilt head bream with sweet and sour sauce, it was fried to perfection, and it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (it is cooked whole, so it comes with fish bones, which wasn’t an issue for us). We also tried the grilled pork chops which were seasoned with their own sauce and cooked very well. The sweet coconut soup dessert, which is only available during winter times, was delicious, had peanuts, cashew nuts and sago, brought us memories of southeast Asian flavours. It was paired very nicely with the Vietnamese drip coffee with condensed milk!

Service
Very attentive staff members and owner, very friendly and happy to share about Vietnamese culture.

Overall would highly recommend this restaurant, and would definitely go back!

Today my wife and me discovered our favourite new restaurant in Malta. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine of the highest quality.

We are food fanatics so my wife surprised me for my birthday by bringing me here. Some of the best tasting food at honest prices. The owner is an extremely kind and friendly and hospitable person who added to the whole experience. This recently opened business deserves all the best to succeed.

Tired of pastry with peas, burgers and pizza? This is the place for you! A family restaurant, short menu, everything fresh and tasty. Soup and seafood were great, finished off with Vietnamese coffee. Prices very ok. Highly recommended!

Staff were friendly and the food was good (the mushroom summer rolls were a particular highlight), but they had run out of a couple of key ingredients when we arrived at 8.30pm. They had no fried rice left (?!) and had also run out of tofu, so couldn’t provide any of the three dishes we originally ordered.

The only vegan (VE) labelled options on the menu contain tofu, so I asked the staff if other dishes could be made vegan (dishes which were labelled V for vegetarian) and there was a lot of confusion as to whether these vegetable dishes were vegan or not – the staff did not seem to understand, and the menu has them as V rather than VE so it is a bit unclear for customers.

It was concerning that staff didn’t seem totally sure what the difference is between veggie and vegan – perhaps some more staff training would help with this. E.g the spring rolls – why are they not labeled as vegan when staff think they are?

We ended up having mushroom summer rolls, vegan curry with steamed rice and the veggie fried noodles – the curry was good.
