Vietnamese cuisine is characterised by the neutrality of ingredients that are not too spicy, too sweet, or too fatty. The auxiliary ingredients (spices) for processing Vietnamese dishes are extremely rich. That contributes to the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine. Therefore, to promote Vietnamese cuisine all over the world, especially in Malta. Here, there are a variety of Vietnamese dishes from all regions with the unique decoration, processing, and dedicated service of our restaurant. They will evoke a special feeling within the customers. Everyone is welcome to the enjoyment!

We ordered Pho and stir-fried beef with onion, and they were amazing. Staff was nice and we enjoyed talking with him.
Definitely we’ll come back
ToV was great. I really enjoyed the vegan dishes, which were spicy and refreshing. The summer rolls were very fresh and healthy.
My carni partner had a good time but had some minor reservations.
Overall, I highly recommend this place. Relaxed and down to earth
Food
For starters, we had one of the tastiest summer spring rolls with prawn (with an amazing soybean sauce on the side). For mains, we loved the gilt head bream with sweet and sour sauce, it was fried to perfection, and it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (it is cooked whole, so it comes with fish bones, which wasn’t an issue for us). We also tried the grilled pork chops which were seasoned with their own sauce and cooked very well. The sweet coconut soup dessert, which is only available during winter times, was delicious, had peanuts, cashew nuts and sago, brought us memories of southeast Asian flavours. It was paired very nicely with the Vietnamese drip coffee with condensed milk!
Service
Very attentive staff members and owner, very friendly and happy to share about Vietnamese culture.
Overall would highly recommend this restaurant, and would definitely go back!
We are food fanatics so my wife surprised me for my birthday by bringing me here. Some of the best tasting food at honest prices. The owner is an extremely kind and friendly and hospitable person who added to the whole experience. This recently opened business deserves all the best to succeed.
The only vegan (VE) labelled options on the menu contain tofu, so I asked the staff if other dishes could be made vegan (dishes which were labelled V for vegetarian) and there was a lot of confusion as to whether these vegetable dishes were vegan or not – the staff did not seem to understand, and the menu has them as V rather than VE so it is a bit unclear for customers.
It was concerning that staff didn’t seem totally sure what the difference is between veggie and vegan – perhaps some more staff training would help with this. E.g the spring rolls – why are they not labeled as vegan when staff think they are?
We ended up having mushroom summer rolls, vegan curry with steamed rice and the veggie fried noodles – the curry was good.
