Stopped in for a to-go order tonight. Visited this location before & the food was good, but not a quick process. Today our to-go order took almost 25 minutes to be handed to us. They seemed under-staffed & disorganized. Several people walked in & ordered after us (to-go and dine-in) and had their food 10 or more minutes before we did. They got our daughter’s sub wrong, and none of our “hot” subs were even room temperature (we live 3 minutes away). The woman who made our subs (& seemed to be the only one making subs) apologized for the wait. We appreciated her sentiment, but we won’t be coming back.

6/10/24: Firehouse has really tanked. Super small sandwiches for high prices. Our ‘medium’ sandwiches were barely finger sandwich size. I’m reducing my previously 3 stars down to 1, but would do zero if that was an option. This chain just isn’t worth it any more.
Old: If I’m going to over pay for a sandwich I would rather do it at Firehouse Subs instead of Subway. At least here the quality is better then any Subway and some of the proceeds is supposed to go to first responders. The reason I gave this location 3 stars (or average) is because they messed up the bread on our sandwiches. I was supposed to have wheat and my mother wanted white bread, but when we got them the bread was reversed. They had also forgotten our pickles. When we told them they did give us pickles after the fact. Make sure to check your order if you get food here.

I have never eaten at a Firehouse Subs and now know what I’ve been missing. The sandwiches were delicious! I ordered the club on a sub and a friend ordered the Italian. The bread was fresh and so soft. Both sandwiches were fresh in flavor and full of meat, cheese, lettuce tomatoes, and onion. The condiments were equally distributed on the sandwiches. After eating here, I doubt I will ever ear at a Subway or Jimmy John’s again. This restaurant was very clean and the staff were very kind and friendly. They seem to be LGBTQ friendly. It is on the first floor and easy access for wheelchairs. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!! Lulu is the GM and she clearly loves her job because this restaurant was in very good condition. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs!!

They were relatively busy and the guy with the neck tattoos and bad acne was on the phone on his headphones thw whole time. Then he stopped to talk to a door dash driver to talk about tattoos for a good bit. While his coworker made multiple sandwiches on his own and just kept telling him what to do instead of helping. Used his phone with his gloves on and went back to making food with the same gloves.

Everything seemed fine but when I got home with the sandwich, it had hardly any meat on it and raw bacon. The picture showed a lot of meat on it and while I realize the pictures aren’t always perfectly accurate, this was just pathetic. Some sections of the sandwich was just bread and mayonnaise. Worst sandwich I’ve ever had

We have eaten at this Firehouse subs for many years. Last time we were here we had a negative experience because the sweet and spicy meatball sandwich was way too spicy! We went back again today and Richard the General Manager had seen our review and immediately announced he was going to buy our lunch today. Happy to report that the sweet and spicy meatball sandwiches are as delicious as ever. Thanks Richard!!

I am not sure if this place could have worse service if they tried. It took three people, and they still couldn’t understand my order and I was reading the menu items directly from the menu. It took forever and was so slow and not helpful. There are enough locations of this restaurant that I would go to a different location.
