4 stars because of prior experiences, 1 star for the visit in question. Highly disappointed and sad to be writing this, but im honestly just too bothered to ignore it. I always choose this location because they’re so wonderful about making the tenders fresh, and perfectly juicy. The last two times, this has not been my experience. It’s really disheartening to spend $20 on a meal you’re excited about, just to receive chicken that’s clearly been sitting a while. It had the stale, chewy texture of overcooked protein, and none of the heat. The only hot thing in my meal was the cheese curds, which while nice, weren’t what i was looking forward to. I worked in the food industry for 8 years, im the least picky person in the world. I don’t even remember the last time i left a review of anything. I just want the freshness and flavor of my meal to match what I’m paying, and this is the second time straight it’s missed that mark.
That said, the staff is incredibly kind and I appreciate their hospitality. I always feel welcomed and relaxed, and I love that they don’t brush you off like staff at so many other restaurants.

Fun Time
3rd visit to this location and I still can’t get fresh food. I specifically ask for fresh chicken every time, and every time I’m handed the same old, dried-out chicken that’s clearly been sitting. What makes it worse? I straight-up asked if it was made fresh and BOTH employees lied to my face—again.
This isn’t a mistake, it’s a pattern. Either management doesn’t train their staff, doesn’t care, or is encouraging this nonsense. Customers shouldn’t have to beg for honesty or basic food quality.
Do better, because right now this place is serving leftovers and lies. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Came into Savvy Sliders this afternoon and Alondro gave me a great experience! Told me about the company and how good the is! Very friendly and cool! Great job Alondro! I’ll definitely be back to this location to enjoy a meal!

Here I thought I was about to have a bad experience, but it was just the opposite. I had ordered food at one restaurant for drive through pickup when the app tells me my order is at another store about 3 miles away. It said the store I was going to order from wasn’t honoring the promo so it sent me to the closest one that did. I was like ok but I was on a time schedule so I called the new place when I got there asking where’s the drive through? The lady that answered said they didn’t have one but would gladly bring it to my car since I had already paid for it on line. She, with a smile on her face, put it in my car and thanked me for my purchase. The food was great when got home and everyone enjoyed it. I will be going back to that location again for next football party! Thank you for the great service!

Savvy Sliders is hands down one of the best spots for fresh, flavorful sliders. The food is consistently hot and delicious. Their box combos are perfect when you want variety, and the hand-breaded chicken tenders with Savvy Sauce are a must try!! If you’re looking for a quick meal that doesn’t feel like “fast food,” Savvy Sliders nails it. Great service, great flavors, and a menu that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend!

Today was our 2nd visit to the new location on 12 Mile and Northwestern Hwy. We received very welcoming greetings from the Manager Aiden and the spokesperson for Savvy Sliders, Mark Wolok. We felt like we were talking to friends from waaaay back . Mark treated us to milkshakes. During my next visit I think I will be ordering a shake again. I had the delicious banana pudding this time . I purchased 2 sliders and a chicken sandwich like my prior visit with grilled onions. Wheeeew!! We will go again and will tell others about the tastiness.
Service was expedient and the building is still spotless. In addition to uniforms, all employees were wear smiling lips and twinkling eyes.

I don’t know what has been happening here, but the food, the service, it has gone down hill so fast. The last 3 times have been awful food. This was the last time. I gave it 2 stars because i have fond memories of when the food was good tasting.
No one is there anymore, including staff. It looked like it was down to 2 employees. I couldn’t tell if the guy out front was talking to me, the phone or the one other employee running the kitchen. All I taste is dirty fryer oil.

So I had gotten the finger meal/combo which was the 6 Chicken Fingers, regular fries, Drink, Texas Toast and 2 small cups of ranch.It was all so delicious but my only problem was that the chicken tenders were a little bit dry and kinda hard to chew but despite that the whole meal was delicious great job Savvy Sliders!
