With only two baristas on clock 6 this morning, the service was the fastest I’ve experienced compared to a location with a full staff! Was clean, organized. Freshly served since it was opening for the day. Polite and accommodating, sweet cashier’s wearing gloves and masks of course. Too bad it’s an hour away from home or it’d be my new morning stop!

Ordered through the in store kiosk but found out items we ordered were not an available (Crueller and Gatorade). Not convenient to have to go through the cashier to find a replacement for the crueller and then have to go to the pick up area to be handed the donuts when she could’ve just handed them to me near the front. It’s Dunkin, can’t really be great or bad.

Ordered a simple, large Iced Chai, regular milk, with an espresso shot in the drive thru. I drove 3 minutes away and parked before trying my drink. The drink was not mixed with all of the Chai syrup on the bottom of the drink and the milk tasted spoiled.

Staff didn’t even acknowledge my existence as a customer. Terrible experience. I placed my own the go mobile order and when I come in the store, no one even acknowledges i am a customer there. There was no ketchup left in container, so i remain standing at counter, to ask an employee for some. I make eye contact with four different employees, and twice with the manager (in a different colored shirt). I am standing there for eight minutes. I say excuse me to several different employees. Eventually I shouted “Hey” and that got the attention of one employee who had already passed by me once before. Of course I understand some employees are naturally more shy than others, but for 4 different employees to literally make eye contact with me and not say anything, including one being the manager, this is rude. As i work at a Dunkin, this behavior is appalled at. At my dunkin i was trained that every customer who enters, needs to be greeted. And if a customer is standing at the counter, I was taught to always ask them what they are waiting for, even if they are already holding part of their order. Very rude staff at this location. Will not be returning. If i was given my receipt I would leave a complaint for the location owner.
