My husband went 2 pick us up some pizza.& this the MESS he brought home.My dog would not even eat this.& this was on 4/3/2025.It was 3 large pizza. They not 2 long opening bk up in Henderson NC.But they should had stayed close if they serving customers this.Glad I did not have 2 come out of pocket, because they would had gave me my MONEY bk. This is sad & whoever made this pizza that day u need 2 turn in your shirts & badge.

Ordered my food at 1254pm dec 18th 2025, I received my food at 256pm Dec 18th 2025. I tried calling the store and was on hold for over 1 hr 45 minutes. When I finally received my food it was ice cold like I had just taken it from the fridge and the order was not correct. Do not order delivery from this location. We’ve ordered delivery for the third and last time from this location. Order sits for well over an hour, no intention of delivering the pizza. If you call location prepare to wait on hold for atleast 15-20 minutes. Very poor customer service and no care to make situation better. We had to drive after almost two hours of waiting only to find out our pizza had been siting cold for 90 minutes. No explanation as to why delivery wasn’t made. The store manager could’ve called to notify but didn’t. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Order incorrect. Ordered on line advised pizza ready went to store waited additional 30 mins. Ordered not correct no salads available but charged anyway. Asked for adjustment for items not received clerk or mgr stated they could not get the refund due to lack of knowledge. New store, advise shut it down! Not ready for customers, I witnessed a customer enter the store and wait 20+ minutes before anyone working at the store spoke to not to mention the other people in line behind her. Won’t be back! Got to find a better way!

I ordered 3 medium pizzas for delivery and they only sent me 2, I called the store multiple times trying to get someone on the phone and no one would answer, the delivery guy called my phone when he was delivering my food so I had his number I told him before he left I ordered 3 and he only gave me 2. He said they only sent him 2 pizzas so I texted him asking If he could tell someone to pick up the phone so they could fix it but he looked at my Message and never responded so I called his phone and he didn’t answer definitely wouldn’t order from them again

This was the most horrible experience that I have ever had with Domino’s and the blatant disrespect and customer service from the manager was unrealistic. I place an online order watched on the tracker while it was being prepared my husband go to pick it up it won’t ready and then there nothing on a meat lovers pizza just CHEESE!!!!!! Manager was just rude as hell. She said she can’t/ won’t fix it so finally can refund but I cannot believe for Domino’s to have been out of business and dislocation for almost a year and to come back and be so horrible I have read almost every comment that others have placed up on here and I don’t put comments on Google but it couldn’t be ignored. Their commercial corporate policy is if something is not correct for them to fix it at no extra charge and they didn’t. I don’t want anything for free just what I expect what I paid for!!!
