This review reflects a management issue rather than a problem with the brand itself. I have always enjoyed Taco Bell, and this location is the one closest to my home, which is why I continue to give it chances. Unfortunately, order accuracy is consistently a problem. While occasional mistakes are understandable, my orders are incorrect nearly every time—whether I order through delivery apps or go through the drive-thru.
I have attempted multiple times to address these concerns by contacting corporate, not to request compensation, but simply to speak with someone and resolve the ongoing issues. Each time, I am told someone will follow up, yet no one ever does. The lack of response makes it feel as though customer feedback is not being taken seriously.
In addition, while most staff interactions have been fine, there have been a few instances involving rude behavior, which I also tried to report through the proper channels with no success. Combined with rising prices and a noticeable decline in quality control, it has become frustrating to patronize this location. Modifying orders feels pointless, as requests are rarely followed.
Overall, this appears to be a breakdown in local management and accountability. If this is a franchise location, it raises concerns about oversight, as the current experience does not reflect the standards I would expect from the brand. I am writing this in the hope that someone will finally reach out and address these ongoing problems.

They don’t properly prepare the food. Since when does a nacho bell grande consist of only chips and cheese? Items are consistently missing from drive-thru orders. The prices are outrageous and items available online are not available if you try and order it from the store directly.

Overall horrible experience. Tonight on 1/21/25 I ordered for pickup. Our order was suppose to only take 5-8 minutes per what web said, order was placed at 5:41. Hubby showed up to pickup our food at 5:56, they claimed no order was placed. Eventually they found our order and stated oh we are out of steak that’s why it wasn’t started so hubby substituted his cheesy dipped burritos with chicken. 40 minutes is how long it took to get our food. 10 items, 40 MINUTES. He took bag out to car to check over and they forgot an order of dipped burritos. Once he got home beyond flustered we realized they didn’t give us our chipotle sauce for the dipped burritos and my cantina chicken crispy taco. Feeling defeated we just ate our dry tiny burritos instead of going back to raise hell. I previously managed in food for 5+ years, I understand mistakes happen but this is just ridiculous. Hubby stated they were staffed and drive through orders were flying out the window however our experience was a 0/10. Do better.

If you ask for sauce packets they wont give it to you. Pathetic. Happens every single time. Food isnt good without the sauce. Quit being cheap and fulfill requests. Drive thru line takes forever! Spent almost 40 mins in line the other week, and there’s not a way to get out of line. Prepared to be trapped for a while to be left in disappointment

My Doritos tacos were only halfway full, which is terrible for the price paid. And I paid for extra cheese on the Mexican pizza, but did not get it. That pretty much happens at every Taco Bell so why even order it? Just to keep getting charged for what you don’t get? No thanks.

This specific taco bell is one of the worst I have ever frequented. I frequently have to wait in the parking lot for food ordered in the drive thru, even when it appears to have no other customers whatsoever. The food is always messy and questionable quality (sauces spilling out of items and all over the wrappers, cold items, unmelted cheese, etc), they are frequently out of items, employees behaving unprofessionally, non-customers loitering around the property. All in all, a very poorly managed Taco Bell in my opinion.
Edit: Went back today, they were literally not accepting drive thru orders (only doordash orders according to the window) at 6 pm because they were shortstaffed. Remember what I said about this being poorly managed. One of the worst taco bells I’ve ever lived near, if not the worst.

What in the world is this absolute racket of false advertising, this is the most disappointed I’ve been with any Taco Bell when it comes to how my order looks. They’re almost as small as the dipping cup!
Basically, don’t bother ordering the dipping burritos, get a regular burrito and a side of sauce instead.
Addition: if this is just how you’re supposed to make them and they just happen to be disappointing, then 5 stars to this store because they did their job, Taco Bell just needs to fix the item.

Sat in drive through for 15 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me. No one was taking orders at the speaker. Just pulled out and went across the street to McDonald’s. The cars were still there when I left McDonald’s .

This is the amount of taco meat a crunch wrap supreme comes with? This is a joke

Poorly made items, toasted cheesy, sausage burritos, had very little on them, the crunch wrap was smaller, my husband ordered a pop, didn’t receive, the coffee was burnt. The only good thing was the cinnamon delights— no disrespect–but we have been there and the items have had more fillings in them several times and didn’t pay extra, you lost a family of customers
