Nice wait staff, and very good burgers. I tried the Buffalo wings, and they aren’t my favorite, but the Colorado burger is amazing, and the classic smashburger is very good. The regular and smash fries are both nice and fresh when you get them as well.

The Smashburger, on Nevada Ave, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, was very clean. The service was great too. The hamburgers are AMAZING, along with their incredible fries, & cold sodas, of your choice. It’s easy to get in and out. I ate inside; but they also have a drive through. I didn’t have to wait long at all. They don’t make your burger & fries, until you order it. So it’s super fresh! I definitely recommend this Smashburger! I miss the one we had back home!

This was our first time at smash burger. The food is good but definitely won’t be back because of pricing. It’s ridiculous to pay $40 for 2 burger meals when you get better food at Culver’s for half the price. The staff was very unfriendly. The guy taking orders acted like we were an inconvenience to him. He was wearing a mask and we couldn’t understand what he was saying and was getting frustrated when he had to repeat himself. Just not a good first experience.

I was only car in the drive thru, no customers in the restaurant, I sat there for 10 minutes, just to be told that they were too slammed at the moment, and I would have to wait an hour at least. Because that restaurant prioritizes DoorDash. This happened on two occasions. I am never coming back here, I don’t think that the restaurant is gonna last too much longer, and it will be out of business at this rate.

First time to this location and the service really sucks.. so I ordered a kids meal and burger and fries.. after waiting almost ten minutes to even get someone to answer the intercom, we pull up and pay and was told to pull up and wait…no big deal except we have been waiting 27 minutes and counting! For a $24 order? Crazy thing is there was only 1 car in front of us. I mean wow…. better not be in a hurry to get food from here lol.

Smash burger is delicious but this location is always 30 degrees inside, freezing and too uncomfortable to eat inside, experienced this 3-4 times. This last visit was very disappointing as when I was about to order my food I was informed that Doorr Dash is their priority and they would net be able to start on my order for at least 45 minutes. I think Smashburgers customers should be priority, not Door Dashes customers. Will not return. You need to prioritize your in person paying customers instead of a third party company. Very disappointed in this fact.
