I ordered here first time. Delivery was about an hour late. Was supposed to be here between 6:10-6:20pm and it finally arrived at 7:05pm. The delivery man calls my phone. He could not speak english. He just stuttered in Spanish. I had to leave my place walk outside to find him walking around the parking lot And beforethe pizza came, at 6:36pm I get a call that they are out of the 2 liter of Orange Crush Soda. It is already 16 minutes late. Pizza arrived cold I had to reheat it in the oven. All I got was the double dough extra cheese pizza. Pizza was still good but I would have loved to try it when it was fresh and Hot. Getting just a cheese pizza and it took over an hour. Just Sad. Bad experience or is this the norm?

Ordered thin crust pizza 10/15 for lunch sent over deep dish ,Half of the pizza’s toppings were off the pizza more oil on this pizza than in my cars crankcase called and the girl said that’s what we ordered and the damaged part was door dash’s problem maybe if there wasn’t so much oil on this pizza it wouldn’t have slid off !

Solid place, the pizza was really good easily 8/10, The only negative is the fact that the menu they had seems to be outdated because I was charged a few dollars more.
And I dont recommend any dessert the pizza is great but I got a cake slice and it came FROZEN so if you’re someone who doesn’t mind that then all welcome

It is 10-12-23, just left Taylor Street Pizza ordered a cheesy beef sandwich combo which includes fries and a can of soda. I ordered my food after my partner, waited 30 minutes, watch them serve about 15-20 other people. Sat and watched my partner eat his food. They Even told me that it’s being prepared in the back. After waiting for so long my lunch break was over and I had to get back to work, they gave me a piece of pizza for my “1 slice” sorry dude I’m allergic to tomatoes, and I definitely cannot eat jalapenos. I hope the homeless guy on the corner has a bottle of water. For this $13 slice of pizza

I have been coming here since I was a kid and usually never have an issue here + the food is typically good, but this last time I went sucked. All I ordered was two slices of pizza, one cheese and one pepperoni, and some dough nuggets. The girl on the phone told me it would be only 10-15 minutes. I show up 15 minutes later and I’m told 15 more minutes. I come back and she says another 5 minutes which ended up being about another 15. I waited an extra 30 min at the place only for them to say they don’t have cheese pizza, so I settled for sausage. The cherry on top was the dough nuggets were WAY overdone and literally hard. Won’t be coming back till they get it together over there.

I’ve worked in the area for quite some time and always stop in for a slice of pizza. They always have slices ready and fresh. The staff is nice and prompt in helping. Good location and easy to get to from anywhere in Elgin. Also has a good size dining area if you’d like to eat at the restaurant.
