I did an online order, it said to pickup between 9:45-9:55 got in the car headed over, arrived about 10:05 the pizza still wasn’t done. 5 minutes later I get my 2 medium pizzas go to the store and head home. The pepperoni and bacon pizza hardly had any bacon and 3 pieces looked like this. No sauce no cheese… my other pizza, chicken Alfredo had so much sauce on it when I tried to pick any piece all the sauce, cheese, chicken would just slide off. There was also maybe 5 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza I usually order dominos once or twice a week and have no problems but this was a very disappointing experience

Used to be great, ordered many times. But ordered earlier and it’s been an hour and a half on a non-busy day with 20 minute ETA and haven’t heard anything. Online tracker just keeps changing the time minute by minute, and nobody will answer the phone. Waiting is one thing but at this point I’m not even sure if I’ll get the food and there is no one to tell me.

Order 2 medium pizzas and cheesy bread. Watched my order sit there waiting to be called out for 7min after I paid. Then they forgot to give dipping sauce so I went back in and I waited, obviously missing something, patiently while they helped another customer, until I finally just asked a delivery driver that just walked in 5 min later. Got home, opened my pizzas, one has about half sauce on it, the other has almost no sauce and only about a third of it has cheese. Not sure if there is a shortage going on with ingredients, but I have never had a bad experience like this at a dominoes until I decided to go to this one (1 min closer than the one I normally go to). Maybe ill give it a second chance far into the future.

Placed my pizza order, drove 30 minutes to get it, still had to wait another 10 minutes at the building for it to be ready. When I went inside, it was shouted across the building for someone to go help me. Pizza was also made without the garlic seasoning on the crust which was not how the order was placed. Not a great experience this time around.

I placed an online order for a 16-piece breadbites. Small order, right? What usually takes 10-15 minutes MAX, took an entire hour and a half. I’m sure there was a reason for it, but there weren’t any orders going out for delivery, and there was only 2-3 people who went in and out while I waited. And their orders were only 1-2 pizzas. So I have no idea what would’ve make it take that long for such a small item. Sorry to sound entitled, but I think refunding the whole $3.45 or a free drink or something would’ve been reasonable. Would’ve been nice to at least get something more than the usual “sorry about that”. Additionally, it would be nice if there was a cancel order button in the app, and if there was an actual wait time rather than saying 0-1 minutes even though its still being “prepped”. I know I’m being a Karen about this, but that’s insanely ridiculous.

We ordered food from online. One small ultimate pepperoni, one small honolulu hawaiian, and 2 garlic sauces. It has been multiple times that we have not received the sauces, that you charge for. If you arent going to give them, dont charge. We also paid $14 for just a ham and pineapple pizza. It was still good but a little frustrating that what we order isn’t what we get.

Ordered light sauce but got extra sauce — very disappointing. When I called, they apologized and promised a free pizza next time. A few weeks later, I tried to claim it, but they said there were no notes on file. The manager was polite and said he “believed me”, but still couldn’t do anything. It’s frustrating when customers are left feeling like they’re not being trusted for $12 pizza. Please train your staff to read orders correctly (ordered online) and follow through on promises.

It can often times be hit or miss sometimes great sometimes horrible, guess it just depends on who’s working that day.
It’s annoying did the app will tell you the pizza’s done and it’s not done sometimes not even put in the oven yet and you can’t blame them for that but like it is annoying it’s got to be annoying for them too.
They probably think I’m crazy with some of the toppings I get sometimes but they make it great.

I ordered at 8:45. I get it, it’s late on a weekend. Probably fairly busy. But it’s been nearly two (2) hours.
Where is my food? It was only three items (+plus tip) in total.

I was worried based on all the terrible reviews, but our pizza was perfectly cooked, had plenty of toppings, was delivered faster than estimated, and was hot and fresh. Our delivery driver (Jedidias, if the automated text was correct) was kind, courteous, and prompt. Our three year old was thrilled with the cheesy bread, and the coupons online made it very affordable. Based on this experience we will definitely be ordering from this location again!
