This is the worst einstein bros bagels do not go. 3 times I’ve gone and 3 times my order is wrong. They are not even on the official site for locations, are they even an Einstein or just using the name. Called the number they have on file and it’s someone’s cell phone who never picks up the phone. This in short is a horrible customer experience and just don’t go here.

The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the bagels are consistently fresh and satisfying. It’s a great spot for breakfast or a midday snack, and I’m especially a fan of the Nova Lox Bagel — it’s always a solid choice.
If I had one small suggestion, it’s this: more cream cheese, please! The ratio can be a little off — and a good bagel (especially one with lox!) needs enough cream cheese to balance out the bread and toppings. A bit more would make it just perfect 🙂

my drink was SO bad, and my sandwich had basically nothing on it. The staff also isn’t friendly. I left an online review, and nobody got back to me also. Literally do not recommend at all go to a different location its just this location that is bad

Their Bagels are awesome, but they are very pricey at near $10 per bagel, loaded of course.
It looks like they are removing seating and trying to become a pickup and delivery only outfit, and I resent that since I enjoy eating out. I hope management will reconsider their decision.

The hispanic blond-haired “manager” is rude! We came all the way to this branch cause it was the only branch that closes at 5, according to google.. she was like no times change in summer and was closing the door while talking. Apparently they close at 3 pm and we arrived at 3:10 pm and still didnt want to serve us!

I looked up this location on Google (and double-checked the Einstein website). It was supposed to be open at 7:30am and I was stopping by on my way to work. First off, this is on campus, so parking STINKS! Luckily it was summer so it wasn’t TOO bad. Then, I walked up and the door at about 750 and saw the sign on the door, summer hours, opening at 8am. (Einstein’s Website did NOT have the summer hours listed.) Then, with a few of us waiting, the door opened right at 8am (not early). After the service person took their time taking care of the person in front of me, I finally got to place my order. Only to have them tell me that they don’t take Einstein Brother’s Gift cards (because they are on campus). I can’t comment on the actual bagels because I walked out and went to the Pickett location so I could use my gift cards.

I think I’ve been to almost every restaurant the happy cooking group is affiliated with. Always happy with the service and food. This one is best for casual brunch and their line hasn’t gotten ridiculous, yet.
