Arguably the best food in the Sun Valley area. Jay and his crew do it up right, every single time we’re in here. My husband and I went in for dinner last night, I had the braised lamb shank over a bad of the creamiest polenta, it literally fell off the bone, every single bite was Indescribably delicious. My husband had the prime cut ribeye over roasted potatoes, absolutely melt in your mouth. Jay topped it off by sending us out some dessert; bread pudding. We’re not normally desert people, but it was absolutely to die for even though we were stuffed to the gills, we ate it! Lol The service was fantastic as usual, Patrick was our server in the bar area and he was super attentive and very friendly! The food runners and hostess crew is always on top of their game. Highly recommend this restaurant!

The Cutthroat Club is incredible; honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. I had the beef brisket, my boyfriend had the prime rib, and everything was absolutely to die for. I would come back to visit just to eat the food here again, no joke.
The staff and the food are literally second to none – and I travel a lot. From the atmosphere, the incredible chef , the hostesses, and our *amazing* bartender (s/o to Sophie – you’re the best, I’m so happy and honored to have met you!), everything was absolutely perfect. The locals are awesome, drinks and food are amazing, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. ❤️ Thank you guys!

Fantastic food, great NA drink options, awesome waitstaff. The owner came around a few times to ask how it was, which was also great. Highly recommend the brisket and chicken. The French fries were also phenomenal. This guy knows what he’s doing

This was a meal we will never forget. Everyone loved their order. We were visiting local friends and I already can’t wait to come back and eat here again. The Chef knows how to bring the best tastes to each item on the plate! Fun chatting with our server, bartender, and the chef. Not very often you get to have friendly conversation with the team that makes it all happen in a restaurant. Thank you for a fantastic night out! (If you’re driving many miles from the surrounding areas to get here, it’s worth it!!)

Amazing food is an understatement! Think the price point was good especially for the amount of food as well as the taste and quality. Really like the atmosphere and how it’s more casual up at the bar if you’re looking for a more relaxed setting. Think you could get away with casual to dressed up attire easily. Really cool decorations and loved that they brought back to life a lot of the original pieces of the historic building. Friendly staff and even the owner/ chef was out walking around greeting people which I thought was awesome.
Really don’t think you could go wrong with anything on the menu! The pork belly for an appetizer. I had the “One Duck Served Two Ways” which is probably one of the best duck I’ve had. My husband had the “Meat Sweats”…don’t underestimate this one it’s HUGE!!!! And the famous bread pudding to top it all off. Needless to say neither one of us went hungry and went home with plenty of leftovers! Think this is finally a restaurant to last the test of time here and can’t wait to go back!

My sister and I enjoyed a delicious night out at Cutthroat Club on my last night in Bellevue. The atmosphere was so lovely and perfect for the two of us to enjoy a delishios mean and conversation. Hailey did a great job taking care of us and guiding us through the menu and evening.
Five stars – be sure to make it a stop the next time you are in Bellevue Idaho.

Amazed. All of my expectations were surpassed and my wife and I were so thankful for such an incredible meal. The staff was so welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere was classy and comfortable, and the food was so inventive and exciting in both texture and flavor. These recipes were really a work of art -salad, apps, entrees, desert: everything was stellar. I was truly grateful for every morsel and every minute. You guys have a great thing going. I wish I didn’t live so far away!

I wanted to give this place a chance. So I did. What each time brought was a wider view of how the cutthroat is ran. Being an owner and talking bad on other employees to another employee in from of employees and guests of their restaurant is something I call bad business. I love some of their food. Half is high quality other half is subpar and tasteless. The menu is incredible and the venue is awesome and a steal. However due to seeing and hearing how spoken to and degraded.and knowing products and the industry I refuse to support self image over a good teaching moment that could e made him look far better than the path he chose.
