Tbh all McDonald’s stores are horrible!! Service is just bad, the food is always bad. But I decided to get McDonald’s so I can have my sweet tea! So I bought some McDonald’s for delivery, toke 2 hours so I called was put on hold for 5 minutes then they hang up the call. So I called again but while I was waiting I got a text saying my order was cancled so I asked for my money back and it will take a week for me to get it back!!! Could have used my money back because now I wont get to eat as thats why I ordered food!!!!

Appeared clean. I walked in even though signing in here it says they dont open until 08:00? I must be too old to even comprehend this. Don’t they open at 05:00 and serve breakfast until 11:00? Several people saw me but immediately looked away like I caught them doing something wrong? A simple pardon me we do not open for 75 more minutes would have been polite. I stopped going to McDonald’s 5 years ago due to service/quality concerns and I did attempt about 6 months agony where the kiosk wouldn’t submit my order for some reason. I just wanted a #1 combo, value meal or whatever we call it this week. A simple hi could have avoided a very unhappy ex customer and turned this situation around.

Restaurant and bathroom are usually clean. My food usually comes out quickly and tastes like typical mcdonald’s. The prices here are higher than other McDonalds in the area. I redeem points for free stuff and maybe buy a tea here only. I usually come inside in case there is an issue with my order. There usually isn’t. On this visit I heard employees making fun of an older lady that needed help behind her back which was rude. There’s a sign over the register telling you to use the kiosk that looks like a kid a display for a science fair project the night before it was due. Not a good luck for customer service but based on the other reviews that’s probably the least of problems.
