Had dinner here on a workday, almost 6:30pm, no open space for the bar seating but the indoor table is really nice. *Amazing interior design*
All serveres are warm and welcoming. Love them!
We were thinking in between the Classic and the Regional on the tasting memu, end up choosing the Regional.
*the Regional got Raw Wagyu Beef as their starter so be alert when choosing the Regional Menu.
First pasta was great，taste a bit thinner than I expected. The filling of the 2nd one is a bit salty, I can do plain pasta with the sauce. The salty crunchy in the 3rd one makes the pasta salty. Feel thirsty after the three pasta.
Portion wise, the Regional might be a bit less than we expected.
Tiramisu is a must. One cup is not enough for two of us.
Wanna come back to see if the the Classic of the tasting menu be a better choice.

It includes their Yellowtail Crudo, Tagliatelle in truffle sauce, Pomodoro, Cacio e Pepe, and Tiramisu al cucchiaio for $38 per person. This time, we were given the option to swap their Pomodoro for Vongole, as well as their Cacio e Pepe for Carbonara. So delish!
Shout out to our servers for offering the substitutions, and for checking in on us after each and every course. Best service on a weekday afternoon.

I was excited to come here and try some “homemade pasta” before I start my review I would like to say the vibe was nice and there was 1 employee who stood out to me, when entering she welcomed me and was nice, but once it was my turn to get seated that’s when everything went down hill. Another host/chef not sure what her position is cz later she was in the kitchen. She yelled my name out. I was literally near her and waved at her and told her it’s me but she was too focused on working fast paced that she just yelled my name and went back inside fast to check to see how the other people that were eating doing (it’s a small space outside) so I’m literally there next to her after she gets done checking on all 3-4 tables. I tell her I’m Stephanie, she starts giving me attitude telling me I didn’t check in correctly. I was thrown off and surprise, she was coming at me like that so, I kindly showed her my text messages and asked her what was it that I did wrong so i can understand what I did wrong as she was reading the text msg to me out loud she stated in these words “Whatever! It doesn’t even matter we got tables available” and rushed to the table to sit me down not even welcoming me or walking with me to the table, you can tell she was bothered by me. For the server… I felt he was also rushing me, everything was fast paced seemed like they just wanted us in and out, he brought me 2 glasses of wine to taste so I can decided which one I wanted, not even 2min past and he wanted me to already tell him. I showed the server the picture of the pasta I wanted and he gave me the wrong pasta I did not say anything or make it a big deal because I was already annoyed and did not want to ruin my mood. Restroom is dirty btw very Dirty! I’m starting to food blog. I did not get to capture good quality pictures because I was rushed in deciding what wine I wanted and to finish my food. Overall service is the number one important thing to me I’ll rather go to McDonalds and get treated right than go spend money and receive attitude not coming here anymore for sure

If you want fresh handmade Italian pasta flown from Bologna, Italy daily, you need to try out this place!! It’s fresh and delicious Italian pasta without the airfare!! So many delicious pastas, i always go with the recommendations by the servers, so far, all were great!! No complaints!! 5 stars for the pastas!! service can be lagging at times, but when you’re chowing down, you really don’t want to be interrupted!!

Great dining experience. We shared the cheese & truffle tasting menu and it was reasonably priced (about $80 for an appetizer, three pasta dishes, and dessert to be shared by two people). Every dish was delicious. My favorite was the tagliatelle in truffle sauce.
There was a bit of a wait time between each pasta coming out, but understandably so as each dish is made fresh. It was fun to watch the pasta get cooked in front of us from the counter seats! The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable as well.
It’s also worth noting that Uovo is a no-tipping establishment. They simply add a 16% service fee to your bill. I thought this was an interesting but reasonable policy.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and would love to return to try more of their menu items.

First of all I have to say that I’m born and raised italian, and my wife too, so when I read about Uovo I could not resist the temptation of trying it out. And we found it to be really good. We ordered one of the tasting menus and everything was excellent. We had to sit at the counter because the place was packed so it was really noisy, but we were right in front of the chefs and it was actually good to watch them perform in front of us. We will definitely return. The pasta is like eating pasta in italy, the sauces are good and not over done. I would have loved some bread because we Italians like to use the bread to clean the rest of the sauce from the plate with it. That’s the only thing I would add, some real good home made bread. But the place is good, try it out!

Obviously a well known Italian eatery throughout SoCal that is worth trying! Uovo is perfect for a date night and isn’t too difficult to get a table within an hour as there are many seating options. The pasta is hand made and tastes excellent. I will say the service is quite slow and is not reflective of the price I paid for the food. Nevertheless, the portions were pretty big and there were many options to choose from.

Great for a quick fresh pasta meal. I got sat at the bar right away but heard they’re was a 30 minute wait for a table. Limited menu focusing on pasta (I tried to add grilled chicken but they don’t have any), so keep that in mind. The pasta was fresh and delicious though. Sitting at the bar, I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

We ordered a wonderful dinner from Uovo through Postmates.. There was a miscommunication with the drivers and our food was sitting for about 20 minutes. The Uovo Manager called my cell to let me know that they are remaking the order so we would receive the best quality food without being asked, they just made a decision that I am so grateful for.. They’re Hamachi Crudo and raw beef appetizers are amazing and my Clam pasta dish was incredible.. Thank You for caring so much and taking action, you have a customer for life.
