These are hands down the best phillys in central Texas! THERE I SAID IT! It was so delicious and definitely worth every penny spent. It had the perfect amount of meat, cheese, peppers, and jalapeños. I recommend them 10 out of 10 and would go there every other day if I didn’t live in Waco! The crew working there that day were cool too and very helpful and friendly. (Dont mind my pictures next time I go I’ll get more lol)

What an amazing surprise! I was on my way home and happen to look over and see this food truck and couldn’t resist! The young lady who took my order was absolutely amazing with her hospitality and kindness. When I asked, which was better the holy moly or the Philly cheesecake she said both were popular and explain the difference of the two. I have no regrets on ordering the holy moly what an amazing cheesesteak. My wife is from the Philadelphia area and I’ve had plenty of authentic cheesesteaks and I can say for certain that this one stacks up right with them.

I went to order a cheese steak and while I reading the menu someone started cursing as loud as they could. Next I stood in front of the truck to order, but no one addressed me. I turned around and went to my car whoever was inside closed the service window. Why be in business if you don’t serve customers? Further more I wouldn’t want someone that emotional preparing my food. They seem to be the type to put their own SPECIAL sauce in your order of they don’t like you. If you eat here, I’d check my food.

I went, I ordered, I’ll be back! The lady that made my order was super nice and patient. And my cheesecake was everything I asked for. This was my second time ordering and they were redeemed for the guy who made my sandwich the first time because the first time was the driest cheesesteak I’d ever had. My husband took me here. If I’m being honest, I was extremely skeptical at first. I love a good cheesesteak. Nothing quite compares to a Philly cheesesteak from Philly. When I unwrapped my cheesesteak from here it looked and smelled delicious! I took my first bite and the first words out of my mouth was “Holy Moly”!!!! My husband laughed and told me the name of this place. No lie, it was that good. I almost made myself sick trying to finish it. I didn’t want to stop eating! The only thing I can think of that I can say negative about this place, is that they are closed on Mondays. Hats off to them!!!! Five out of five!!!!

Decided to still give them a try despite dealing with some uber eats difficulties that were eventually resolved, but I am happy that I did. The food was really yummy. I got a holy moly cheesesteak with mushroom and jalapeño. I will be returning. The female working during the afternoon shift was really friendly also!
