I’ve ordered from here a few times now. Staff are helpful and ordering is easy. Most of my orders have been fine with minimal complaints. This last time was a disappointment though. My sub was not made to order and I was missing 2 wings. I asked for no mustard and no onions and got both. It’s hard to return for a remake or to make a complaint when you are on a time limit for lunch so I was not able to get any mistakes corrected. Next time I’ll be sure to check the food harder when they show it to you when checking out.

Ordered DoorDash from here, waste of money. Boneless wings were horrific, they were soggy and tasted like they had freezer burn. Wings and Fries had the consistency as if they put it in oil that wasn’t fully hot yet, some weren’t even fully cooked. ordered food just to throw it all out. Super garbage food prep and lazy cooks, thanks for letting me know yall are okay with wasting peoples money, never eating at any American deli again. woke up with stomach problems and I only ate 2 wings and a few fries. Yall suck

If you DoorDash food from here and your meals come with drinks they don’t follow the food and safety regulations. They make the DoorDashers make the drinks with out properly being sealed. When brought to their attention that it’s against the drink policy they are rude and don’t care about food safety.

Do not go to this location on Sunday at 645 pm. They were supposed to be open until 7 pm. I came in town one day for business and was rushing and looking forward to this they will not even serve me. I’ll go on Wing Stop for now on. It would have only took 10 minutes to retry that food smh.

American Deli offers a refreshing alternative to fast food, being both more affordable than McDonald’s and noticeably cleaner. Despite the challenges of inflation, they maintain excellent quality and value. Highly recommended!

Worst food ever i ordered 3 large fries and every fries from each box was under cooked and when I called to fix the order they hung up on me twice and refused me a refund I will be filling a complaint against this place for serving undercooked food

Called 2-3 times while sitting in Navy Federal handling business. No one answered the phone and it said “the # you called is not available, please call back”. Stomach was doing back flips so decided to still go — when I arrived the front counter worker was leaning on the counter on his cell phone. I asked does the store number not work? He said it should. Confirmed we called the correct number. MAGICALLY when we called when we were in the store, the phone worked only other explanation is the phone was turned off or they were ignoring calls.
Food was prepared fairly quick which is why I still have 3 stars — but don’t have a store phone if it will be off or not working

Paid $17.54 for 6 VERY small wings also paid extra for all flats just for them to be little. I do NOT recommend you can pay the same price at wing stop and get bigger wings. There was barely any meat on them that’s how small they were.

First time going here, was not greeted when I entered. Chicken was good but a little overcooked. The Philly was great. Portion sizes are reasonable. Price was affordable given the fact you could eat for lunch and dinner. Workers’ attitude was blah but they weren’t mean. I would probably go back because the food was good, fast and decent portions.
