Food was terrible. First the food is seasonless, no taste. The tenders were the size of my thumbs(I have really small hands.) The fries didn’t even have salt on them. The Lines were long but they did move at a decent pace. The lady couldn’t hear me on the speaker, I had to repeat myself several times because she couldn’t hear due to all the noise. Staff was friendly, that was probably the best part…I will never be back lol. $23.19 for a 3 piece & a 4 piece combo.

This location was great. Getting to it wasn’t terrible at dinner time on a Saturday. Goodman Rd is always crazy so it was expected but the lines moved quickly and the food came out fast and hot. Got a box combo to split with my daughter. The chicken was great, Dr Pepper and unsweet tea were perfect. Fries were fresh. The staff was friendly. I just ordered through the regular drive thru and it was great.

Now that the long lines have decreased (4 vehilces in line) I finally got a chance to try this location. I box which comes with 4 tenders for $12.64 totaled. Obviously someone has been listening the tasteless accounts because these tenders were greatly seasoned. Tenders were hot and a decent size. Everyone for some reason in Desoto Co using smaller tenders for some reason. Technically I didn’t need the sauce. It was kind of salty. Ketchup worked for me. I still don’t understand the coleslaw and toast. Should be another option or have it removed to help with prices. All in all, this location tastes good.

I came here yesterday before they officially opened because my kiddo works here and we were invited to a private Event. Let me just say this when I tell you that the food was amazing and delicious I mean it was SMACK. The chicken was so tender and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Holy freaking canes sauce I’m not sure what is the sauce but I was literally dipping my chicken and fries In that sauce. The employees kept coming over and checking on us and were friendly and professional. Very nice clean place with amazing food. We will definitely be returning for some canes.

It was an cool experience and the food was delicious. The chicken was hot and juicy and the Texas toast was awesome. The coleslaw and Cane sauce was good, as well as the fries. I really enjoyed the playlist of music it was a nice variety. This was my first visit to Raising Cane’s, they hosted the Memphis Yelp “Elite” Community and I will say. I had an amazing time and enjoyed myself.

Tried the new Reading Canines in Southaven and was pleasantly surprised! The service was friendly and fast, and the food came out hot and fresh. Everything hit the spot. It’s a great place to grab a quick, tasty meal without a long wait. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!

Was heading to Walmart and stopped at Canes when to grab something quick to eat for lunch. The problem is, it’s not quick at all. I got here at 12:35 pm and it took 15-18 minutes in the drive through and there were only 2 cars ahead of me.
I always get the chicken fingers. The food order was accurate and the food was hot and fresh. The fries were crispy and cooked decent. The chicken fingers have a light crisp batter, but the chicken itself is mediocre – like bland and can be a little stringy/overcooked at times. I like the honey mustard sauce over the Cane sauce, but having said that, the honey mustard here is a little too watery.
Honestly I like Guthries a lot better. I came here because it’s closer, but due to the excessive wait times I will not be returning. I noticed the drive thru lines are not a quarter as long as they were in the first few months, wondering if the slow service is the reason.
