Had to try them, the idea is cute it’s like a chipotle but with Mac and cheese. The price is a bit high for what it is wish there were more veggie or topping choices but overall the gentleman Anthony was very nice and pleasant wanted to make sure we liked our food. They toast it and top with with yummy stuff!

I’m not from the area so we were looking for a different place to try. I Heart MAC and Cheese was delicious. I got a simple white cheddar and chicken and was in heaven. The staff was friendly and the concept chef came in while we were there and has us try some future menu items. Highly recommend.

The food was great. Our server Anthony was nice, very polite along with his fellow associate. The atmosphere was comfortable untill one of the owners kept coming in and out of the store on the phone being quite rude. I understand that this is your place of business but, his mannerisms made my friend and i highly uncomfortable.

Great concept. We frequented their Ft. Lauderdale location many times, but are glad that they are much closer to us now.
This place is basically a Pasta version of Chipotle, with higher quality ingredients (beef short ribs, lobster etc) and soups, sandwiches etc. You choose regular, wheat or gluten free pasta, add your sauce, cheese, veggies, meats, drizzles and in to a quick (2 minute or so) conveyor belt oven it goes. Everything comes out done and steamy hot. Tomato soup is very hearty as well.
Quality and taste is beyond the price tag. For example the beef is not fast food grade but about a 4 star restaurant grade. For that price you’d expect 1/2 ounces of beef, but it is piled high. And it wasn’t a one time occurrence either, the 3 times we went, amount, quality, consistency was as expected.
Staff is efficient, polite and frequently checks on you (unless the place is too busy). I actually met the owner a few weeks ago when he was doing inspection and training and he too confirmed the quality of some of the ingredients.
Store is clean, well lighted. It could be a bit hard to find in the plaza, however I corrected the placement on the map, as it was showing it as in the middle of the road.
It’s a nice concept, delicious and does not break the bank.

Terribly disappointed. I ordered from a third party. My salad was smaller than a side salad at a fast food restaurant. It was poor quality at best. Not fresh. Hardly any dressing. Cookies in a cup should be calked “stale chips ahoy in a cup”. The amount i spent could have been better spent elsewhere. I literally wanted to throw it all away. Nothing tasty, filling, or good about it. I’m glad others have had good experiences. Mine… no where close. Tried calling the place and the phone just rang and rang. I don’t care about any compensation, however, I called to ask if they made a mistake and gave me a side salad…. not worth a single penny. Yes, I’m upset. NEVER AGAIN! NEGATIVE stars would be most appropriate for my experience.

I heard so much about this place I drove out 40 min to try it. The staff was very friendly and presentation was amazing but my Mac n cheese was cold and cheese not melted all the way…Then went back for a grilled cheese and just wasn’t impressed all the way…the tomato soup though was really good! But over all just wasn’t up to the hype maybe next time will be better if I go back

First time visit and was pleasantly surprised how many different things can be made / mixed with mac and cheese. A bit pricey but worth it for a first. Friendly manager and good customer service. Clean and nice environment.

First time here and it was sooooo good! I got the Philly Cheesesteak bowl. Everyone’s super friendly and helpful and the food is amazing!!!!! Lots of options and like they said, you gotta trust the process LOL!

Great service, clean bathrooms and kitchen, love the choices and price. I always create my own with white cheddar, scallions, mushrooms and short rib. The regular fills me up!
