I can see the bottom of the bowl and yhe order is wrong. My other bowl with meat is worse.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Chipotle location. The fajitas were completely burnt, and when I bit into my burrito, I found a big piece of onion peel and an entire bay leaf inside — which I unfortunately chewed on.
I went back to the restaurant to show them, and at first, one of the employees was polite and immediately offered to remake the burrito. But then the manager (Ivan or Evan) came over, and instead of simply apologizing, he started explaining that the bay leaf is part of the rice and they “just forgot to take it out,” and that the onion peel was a “mistake.”
When I told him it ruined my dinner, his response was, “Did you not eat any of the burrito?” — which was both dismissive and unprofessional.
I’ve always liked Chipotle, but this location really needs to work on food quality and customer service.

**Racial Discrimination at This Chipotle Location – Consistently Poor Service and Unequal Portions**
I’ve been to this Chipotle multiple times, but tonight was the breaking point. My wife and I both ordered the chicken bowl, and the difference in portion size was staggering. My bowl was barely filled with chicken, while my wife’s bowl was overflowing. When I got home, I weighed the bowls—mine was 791g, hers was 1149g. That’s a huge discrepancy, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location. The uneven portions and lack of care are incredibly frustrating, but it feels like there may be something more to it—like racial discrimination. We shouldn’t have to worry about being treated unfairly based on race, especially at a chain like Chipotle. This has been an ongoing issue here, and it’s time they address it. I won’t be returning until something changes.

The quality of the place has declined dramatically in last 5 months. The workers are extremely messy, the portion sizes are extremely small (even when you pay for extra). The food has gotten so expensive. really need to do better.

I found an entire bay leaf in my bowl hidden in the lettuce. If i had swallowed this i could have choked and/or it could have caused gastrointestinal irritations. Its always important to remove bay leaves from dishes. Very upset

Management at this place is god awful. Simply not enough people working during rush hour (crazy to expect a restaurant to be busy at 7 pm, I know). Chipotle charges too much compared to the service this location can provide

We’ve picked up orders twice from this location. People were friendly both times and our food was ready before we arrived. Today my brown rice was a bit underdone and the food was cold. It’s weird. Both times the food has been cold. It looks and tastes good though and the servings are full. I guess the cold issue is just from the bowls sitting waiting for pickup. I don’t imagine there’s a solution, really. If they were kept under a heat lamp the cold toppings would be nasty. We like this location and will continue to buy here.

Worst location I have ever been to. Chicken was burnt, chips were stale and I had to ask for a new bag and got a wonderful eye roll from the employees. Spent $60 on the four of us and we couldn’t even finish the meal because of the chicken being burnt. Huge pieces of onion also. There was also an employee mopping under our feet while we were trying to eat. This was at 4 in the afternoon. Waste of $60 and terrible food and service.

Another mess up of the order. No veggies this time in my bowl. The queso tasted like sour cream and that’s what we got for $3. The incompetents working here need to be replaced with people who care about their work. When will Chipotle fix the problems at this location? Look at your reviews they speak for themselves. What a horror show.

This is about $5.30 worth. Screwing me out of a full bowl doesn’t make me a happy customer.
