Reported to the BBB for price fraud.
Called in a pizza pick up.
Upon picking it up with was 4 dollars more than the Slice website, linked through their website, and Uber Eats.
Asked why it was more expensive to pick up.
Was told bc I ordered extra sauce. Accounted for that in the mock slice order. Was then told it was for the tax. Slice website had extra sauce and tax in the order price.
Was not given a reason why it was more expensive then the cashier said she had to throw it away. I told her that was her choice and I’d buy it for the listed price. Was then told to never come back.
Consumer, beware the ownership change.
Owner, you iced out your neighboring customers with price gouging.

The first time I ordered from here, it was delivery. The pizza was piled with toppings and delicious. The next time, I sent someone over to carry out and they tried to tell him a higher price than what was advertised on their website and say to him that it’s not updated. How unprofessional! Update your website to reflect the correct pricing and not cheaper, then be shady and tell us a higher price! NOT how you do business. Will never spend any more money here, there are way too many places that won’t pull this garbage on the people spending money with them… then, they’ll probably try to get legit reviews by real people with real experiences removed. Changing prices are a scam, folks. I would rather even go to a corporate place as their prices are set! Let’s get real here, Alexander’s Pizza. And they had the audacity to ASK for a tip! Don’t keep doing that.
Can’t say anything about the interior of the restaurant or how clean it was because I didn’t enter. However, that bad taste left me not caring to find out.

We have been ordering from Alexander’s for 6 years. The past year the service and quality of food has gone down hill. Simple order of hot wings turned into three deliveries and customer service that was subpar. They couldn’t care less that they delivered an incorrect order. Several phone calls and three deliveries and we didn’t feel comfortable eating the food cause who knows what they did to it. Out $50 with no “how can we make it right” service. They have lost our business for good this time.

Delicious food. Great service. I have ordered both over the phone and through the slice app with Google. I especially enjoy their zucchini. The ranch dressing served with their food is homemade deliciousness. My wife loves their calzones and it’s big enough to serve two people. This location does not have seats to eat at but I’d rather eat at home anyways. I’m always greeted when I enter and given my food promptly.

Order a calzone and got a small pizza and charged for a small calzone. Called to question and got put on hold because she knew it was not the right order. Usually get my calzones from here don’t know if it’s under new ownership as the normal older Italian guy was not there but wont ever go back horrible customer service this time

This place has to be the worst of them all. The two lady’s who were working on Tuesday Sept 23 around 4:20 pm were very rude and unprofessional. I have my fair share of rude but these two need to go somewhere else with that.
The place is so dirty when you walk in. They really need the health department to come in. I left. I have a zero tolerance for stupidity. Not buying food from this place or ever recommending this place to anyone.Clean your establishment up and wipe the fake smile off your face. If you aren’t happy with what you do please do go home!
I wish they had a zero rating but we all know that’s not an option. You’re lucky google gives you even a 1. I’d personally give you a negative.

I just hit 4 million views on my reviews and we came here to celebrate One bite everybody knows the rules and if I was Dave portnoy I’d rate this pizza an 8.9 wow it was that good it was such a tasty pizza it had zero flop and the cheese is amazing the dough is soft and fresh and crispy and the pie came blazing hot and the sauce is sweet and tangy we’ll definitely be coming back this week for round 2 the gentleman who answered the phone and Jody our server were both really nice and polite ill definitely be coming back 10/10 service

Been going here for years. Service is terrible now with new staff. I called my order in, arrived 20 minutes later as per their instructions, one of my two pizzas were ready. I watched them make three other pizzas before they made my second.

I’m not one to write bad reviews (this is actually my first bad review ever, my yelp has multiple good reviews) but I will not be eating here again. Terrible service and the Pizza tasted like rubber. I ordered a $40 order through uber eats and made three different notes that said ” ranch on the side please for pizza and jalapeño poppers. Will pay extra, thank you” there was not an option to add ranch to my cart other wise I would have done it that way. The restaurant told the driver they don’t give out ranch for “free”. I didn’t ask for “free” ranch so when I called the restaurant to ask myself, the older woman on the phone was rude. Lack of customer service to a T! Kept referring to me as “lady” with a nasty tone and told me to bring it up with uber eats because sides of ranch aren’t Alexander’s problem.
