So I made an order online with this Subway and they took my money but I never got my order called up there. They literally lied to my face and said we don’t do online orders. Yes you do. She literally stood there and lied in my face even though I had my order money. My order number, my receipt and everything else. She lied to me over the phone and said they do not take online orders and that I was lying but you go on the subway app. It has their address down because I’ve been ordering from them for 3 years and they make your sandwich. Whoever comes picks it up and delivers it to him. They literally stood there and lied in my face and got 33.35 for me and I received no order and Subway itself. Even corporate office is not even trying to help me get my money back. I recommend y’all go to any other Subway besides this one

Herson made my sandwich more like a hotdogs. Bread slice on the top, meats and cheese stuffed in the bottom veggies on top. Not happy with it.

I work here at the hospital and I must say this is the worst subway I have ever been to. The lines always long so I figured it was good subway usually is. But today my bread the whole entire piece of bread was hard as a rock I didn’t even take a bite I touched it felt it I said this is hard as a rock I even knocked on it asked if she could remake it the Lady told me not unless I’m paying for it I said I can’t even eat the bread I just have to eat the inside and she says sorry

When i got in line the worker was helping a couple joking and laughing having a good ol time.think she even gave them their order without paying. When it came to my turn i asked her how her day was she replied it could be better. she was just in a good mood. I was Telling her my sandwich order and she cut me off talking and decided she would start taking/making the next not 1 but 2 customers orders. I feel like she could have treated me the same as the couple she was just helping before me. And at least finished my order before taking 2 other people’s orders.there was a guy there training trying to learn. I feel she wasn’t very nice or patient with him. The sandwich was good the service was bad.

There is a heavy set woman who is probably the rudest person I’ve encountered working at a fast food establishment. She talks on her phone using the ear pieces. I didn’t realize she had them in. I thought she was asking me questions. I kept leaning forward apologizing for not being able to hear her. Never once did she acknowledge me speaking to her….She has no idea how close she came to being slapped. I mean really, parents there are under extreme stress and dealing with a rude lady like that will make a person snap…I was close. And they make their own hours. The hospital provided us with a menu that stated Subways hours. They were closed at 4pm on a Sunday??? And when you do question anyone about the hours, they respond rudely as if I just hang out in the caferteria everyday and should just know..Do better.

The old white lady down there right now at 9:13am on may 31st on Friday should be fired cause she didn’t make my sandwich the right way and was mad the hole time wasn’t listening to a word the customer was saying she needs to be fired definitely working in a children hospital and what if my sandwich was for my kid hell no I won’t be getting nothing from subway if she still working here I will be spreading the word around no lie and I hope this helps whoever comes here don’t if the short old lady is working she will even push her coworkers over just to take the orders when they was working on mine already and I will massaging the CEO for sure since she been getting compliments a lot not even a yr I will be telling the front desk to before I leave here to find out how to right a report on her

The food here were just okay. The employee working was very annoyed and soft spoken. I don’t care about friendly attitudes but just don’t act like you hate the world around you. I do feel bad that they probably see all kinds of jerks.

Great service, really fast too! The girls are very nice and friendly, and I always see the manager making sandwiches too! Great teamwork when the lines are long. True to subway pricing and it’s right inside the children’s hospital cafeteria!

It’s a real Subway just like normal. If you go in through the big atrium with Duncan Donuts in it, just go down one floor and take the hallway beside/behind the elevator back into the cafeteria. Once you find the cafeteria it’s tucked back to the right.
