The most authentic Falooda I’ve had in the US! Perfectly put together and you can even alter the sugar level. Every time I step into this shop, all my childhood memories growing up in Pakistan come rushing! Samosas are the perfect “school canteen” samosas what a little gem hidden in Virginia. I bring all my friends and family who visit us from different States and this becomes the highlight of their trip!

One thing to watch out for: double-check your receipt before leaving. They did repeat my order to me, but I was still charged for an extra item I didn’t order. Thankfully, I noticed it right away, went back, and they refunded me without any hassle.

We stopped by MG Goods for a quick lunch snack and had a pleasant experience. The samosa filling was nice and flavorful, though the pastry itself was just okay—nothing particularly special. Overall, we still enjoyed the food. It is a bit on the expensive side for what you get, but the quality was decent and the flavors were good.

Their chai is the best I’ve had from a pakistani restaurant in northern virginia area. It’s fresh and real doodh patti. We also had their chicken cheese bread, aloo samosa, and chicken spring roll which were really good. Seating area is small and when there’s a line to order it becomes congested in the restaurant. I recommend this place if you are craving a snack or high tea with a friend.

I recently visited MG Foods Bakery and had an excellent experience. The baked items were fresh, soft. Bakery itself was clean, well-maintained, and organized. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the gentleman at the counter especially stood out for his helpful attitude. This place is so underrated. I got my hands on the yummiest and most fresh cookies that reminded me of a Pakistani bakery. Every bite on the flavorful assorted cookies took me back in time of my childhood days growing up in Pakistan. We also tried the kulfi with the coconut topping which was super delicious. Had to try the chicken cheesesteak too while we were there and that was a good size sub as well. All this place is missing is “ bakery ke chili chips” . So glad that this place is in VA. Please open up a branch in MD too . Forgot to mention about the chicken patties that were delicious too .
