Reviews
Drinks are a little high $$ with no specials.
Food was good. They brought extra tortillas and sour cream and didn’t charge with my fajitas. We got the mixed fajitas and enjoyed them. Margarita on the rocks was fairly strong.
Service was just ok but not bad. Atmosphere is also just ok. If they had specials or better drink prices we would go about more.
Plenty of parking. They are in Kroger shopping center near ACE.
I have tried several items and all have been very good. The burrito California, chili Verde, Pollo asado tacos , chimichangas abd even a simple bean burrito were all terrific.
They have this tomatillo salsa that is incredible. You have to ask for it, but it is wow.
I would definitely recommend making a visit. As for the other reviews that mention slow service or less than desirable food, I don’t but it. I have been when there was nobody there and when it was packed. The service had always been on point. The food, well, it speaks for itself. It’s good.
Casadores on Johnson Ferry and Shallowford has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, you’re not greeted — no “hello,” no acknowledgment, nothing.
Today was actually the second time I’ve had an issue there. I placed an order at work, went in to pick it up, and again, no one greeted me. When I told them my order, a man came from the back and said, “You must have called the other location. Can you call them and cancel your order?” I said, “Oh, I’m sorry, I thought I ordered here.” Instead of being understanding, he made a smart remark like, “No, you didn’t, because you had to know where you called.”
I tried to explain, but he kept going back and forth with me. I even called the other Casadores, and they didn’t have an order for me — so I have no idea what he was talking about.
This location’s customer service is just terrible. It seems like every time I go in there, there’s some kind of issue. I’m always polite and even leave tips, but I’ve reached my limit. Honestly, the way they treat people makes me feel uncomfortable — possibly even discriminated against.
I will not be returning and definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.
