The staffs were very friendly. The bartender he was super kind to us. Love the atmosphere, very relaxing. I ordered the blackened salmon, surprisingly it was not dry! Fully cook but soft. The pork chop was ok, little spicy to me. The corn is creamy and buttery.

Paseo bar is in the Estancia Del Norte hotel. We stayed here for work and decided to dine in the hotel restaurant. We started with the chips with queso and salsa. These were fantastic, some of the best queso I have ever eaten. I’m fairly certain they used onion powder in the queso. I could have had them for a meal. I ordered the steak and fries. It is a 10 oz NY strip steak. I asked for medium rare and it was slightly over done, but still very good. It was tender enough that when I picked up my butter knife by mistake, it sliced right through it. The butter on top was excellent and added to the fresh ground pepper, it was very tasty. The fries were fries. Seasoned but unremarkable. My wife order the brisket and burnt ends dawg. It came covered in Mac and cheese and fresh sliced jalapeños. It was fantastic. Our server, Dani, was very attentive and took good care of us. The only downside to this place is the live music. It is so loud that you cannot have much of a conversation. People at the bar got louder and louder trying to talk over the music. It was good music, just much too loud.

This is a beautiful hotel restaurant and the bartender works their butt off doing both bartender and restaurant. Food is great. We ate dinner and breakfast here. Will definitely recommend this to everyone!

This was another place that I came to just sit and do my homework. I chose a spot because their food looked really good and they seemed to have a wide variety of you. Also, it was very nice, and their drinks were also well-made. They have a huge bar that you can sit at and there’s a room past the bar that has some artwork also! I’m not sure if the artwork gets switched out or anything, but it was cool to get some pictures and definitely unexpected.
All of the food and drinks that I had were really good and I did not get the chance to try one of their hotdogs which was one of the things that it seems like they are known for. I did have the quesadilla and truffle fries and that was more than enough for me, the serving was a lot, but at least you got your money’s worth.
The bar is at the bottom of the hotel on the first floor, and so you will see people that are coming and going, but it was still relaxed and quiet for the most part. I will come back to this bar in the near future since it has a little bit more of a casual energy to it, but you can dress up or dress down if you want!

Their New Burnt end brisket hot dogs are flavor packed and must try! The Fire and Smoke is our favorite because it has melted smoked gouda, bourbon bacon onion jam, topped with fresh jalapeños then finished with a drizzle of chipotle aioli.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel on a cross country drive and we decided to go to the lobby restaurant and it was a great choice! Justin, the bartender, was super helpful, explained the menu well, and was super efficient even when it got busy. I loved the artichoke appetizer, and the chicken club was big enough to be two decent sized meals.

Had dinner and a drink one night during my stay. I was floored with how wonderful the bar and restaurant staff was. One of the best in-hotel restaurant experiences I have had at a Hilton property. Be advised…the pulled pork nacho plate is easily enough for 4 people, but delicious!

my boyfriend and i decided to celebrate our valentines here (two days before the 14th) after some videos we saw on instagram. since it wasn’t actually valentine’s day, it wasn’t crowded but we decided to sit outside anyways because it was quieter. the food was amazing, and for the quality the price was fair. i got the grilled chicken sandwich with the roasted broccolini and my boyfriend got the spicy chicken sandwich with the mac and cheese (it was so good!!) added up to about $58 before the tip. i believe the person who took our order was named Justin and he was very kind and patient since we didn’t really know what we were doing lol, will definitely be going again!! a hidden gem. also one of the hotel staff was nice enough to turn on the outdoor heater for us, wish i had gotten his name!

The Paseo staff are masters of hospitality. ✨ They are so attentive to our needs without being intrusive, and their warm, welcoming personalities make you feel instantly comfortable. They genuinely seem happy to go the extra mile to make our stay special.
