We came here for the first time to have lunch. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Our server was very courteous and prompt. The drinks never ran dry. All the food came out hot and fresh although the fajitas were a little overcooked almost burnt, but overall, it was a really good experience. Will definitely come back

I’ve gotten food to go twice from here and my daughter LOVED the salsa! We haven’t found one she likes since we moved here 3 months ago and we Finally did! Decided to dine in tonight and it did not disappoint! The fajitas were on special and the salsa bar is a nice added bonus to my yummy food. Needless to say, our plates are bare and the salsa bowls may or may not have been licked clean. Lol
We will definitely be back!!

Idk why this place has so many bad reviews! The only thing that was bland was the rice and beans, but if you add sour cream and salsa it’s delicious! They made me a custom quesadilla (I wanted a fajita quesadilla but they didn’t have anything like that on the menu) and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!!!! The best quesadilla I’ve had anywhere ever! I got chicken, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes in it, in case anyone wondered. I should have gotten two and not gotten rice and beans! The floors are so cool, they look like water! They had these gorgeous lamps too. My husband loved their burrito too and the chips and salsa were so good. They accommodated our son with food allergies very well too. Waitress brought out a complimentary Mexican dessert which was also delicious! We can’t wait to go back!

Now this right here is the restaurant I’ve been waiting for! Phenomenal! Best Steak Ranchero this side of the Mississippi. Service was excellent, food was amazingly good. This is the best Mexican Restaurant of Lexington hands down.

The restaurant was clean and our table even smelled clean when we sat down. The food was not bland except for the beans. The chips were hot and fresh. My only complaint was that I ordered a pick 3 and one was supposed to be a beef chalupa. I recieved a bean tostada with way too much guacamole and no beef, just beans. Everything else was delicious. Server was very attentive.

Stopped here last night since we were on this side of town. Ordered cheese dip it was milky water horrible! Order a bean dip cold and watery. Paid for the drinks and left. Most La Fogata are good but not this place.

Taco Tuesday is the day to go. $2.50 tacos and they remind you of old school street tacos. Steak tacos are good, but the chicken was the best. Meat, cilantro, onions, and a lime to squeeze on flour or corn tortilla. Was fantastic. Deep fried ice cream wasn’t very good as it was covered in corn flakes, not my cup of tea. But the tacos kept it at a 5 star. Will definitely return and recommend
