I wish I could put negative stars! The correct pizza was good to be honest… but one of my pizzas was literally just sauce and crust nothing else on it what so ever! I called and said I think they made a mistake and told my correct order, they told me the will remake the pizza they just need the other pizza back which I agreed to do no problem they then called me back like 20 minutes later and said after talking to the manager we will not be remaking your pizza and there’s no one who will deliver it for you. That is honestly super insane to me and the worst absolute management and customer service I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER be ordering from them again! I also never have complained about a place it’s not something I often do so that says a lot about my experience just to put that out there.

I was there earlier today around 8:30 p.m. ask for a small bacon pizza and an 8-in sub bacon lettuce tomato i got for $27 I got bacon bits on my sub. Why? Didnt even take a bite.Should have been strips of bacon. Should just went to Jersey Mike’s.but I don’t want to I’d rather support family owned..

I went to this great little place for an impromptu lunch with the kids and in-laws.
Greeted friendly when we went in, there are a few tables in a small dining area.
Lots of delicious-looking options on the menu, and slices. The flavor was big and amazing, none of us could stop eating the pizza!
If I’m in the area again this will be a place I’ll want to go to.

This has been my favorite pizza place in CT for years. It’s the only pizza restaurant that I will order from. Always good pizza, amazing sauce. Love Hometown so much!

I ordered my pizza at 9:20PM and they close at 10. I thinks that enough time for one last pizza delivery at least and I understand the delay. I ordered through the slice app and it shows the pizza should arrive by 10:00! The place is already closed and I already paid online. Was excited to eat something but guess ima have to go to bed with an empty stomach and 29 bucks less! I want my money back! The fact that I even left a tip! I guess it’s for Casper! (Edit: it’s about to be two hours since I ordered I could of already ate) (Edit 2: because I don’t wanna be that mean person, I will leave a 5 star if my issue gets solved. I hate being that one person that lowers the rating and I like seeing businesses succeed)

Our order took over 2hrs and 3 phone calls to finally have it delivered. Very disappointed in their service. No apologies, no explanation on why it was taking so long. We are guessing they just forgot to cook our food, twice. Each time we called they claimed it would be 20mins and after another hour and yet another phone call, it was finally “on the way”. The food was fine when it finally arrived but I don’t recommended because of their poor customer service.

So I received a pizza with a fly baked into the pizza, my younger siblings had noticed the fly before eating the pizza. Thank goodness.
I had called to get another pizza and they sent a burnt pizza to me.
Unfortunately, I did not get a picture of that pizza because at that point this kids just wanted to eat something.
Hopefully, if I try this place again it will be better. This was just this once. Usually my nana said they are pretty good and she is shocked that this happened.

This is my second time trying out items from this place. The first time I was disappointed, but I didn’t write any review I said I would try again at a later date. I’m still very disappointed, the chicken wings seem like they were out for a long time and just added sauce. The pizza wasn’t too bad, honestly and the mozzarella stick taste store bought. This is the final time I spend almost sixty dollars and threw away more than half

After ordering a salad with No dressing. It comes drenched in dressing. I called to ask for a new one or refund. The guy esentially called my husband a liar and said “he never said no dressing”. When I know he did. That was their reason for not bringing us a new one . Even IF I wanted dressing, this salad was almost soup, all dressing, very little lettuce! THEN I said ok just give me a refund then. He said no because he would have to refund the whole order, even though the salad was a separate transaction and it shows 2 charges on our bank app. His response was ” that’s a bank problem not mine”. Only offered a credit for a free one next time we order… well the whole order sucked. Pizza was mediocre, tenders were chewy and dry and fries were barely cooked. Will NOT be back. Plenty of other GOOD places to order pizza where they value the customers!
