Well to start with we stood at the counter to order for 15 to 20 min, I ordered my food and then she went to the phone and took an order and then came back to get the order of the person who was with me. When she brought me my order to the table in a to go bag and I was eating there. Inside the bag was a hamburger with bacon, I ordered the #6 chicken fried steak fingers. So of course they had to make the correct order. They brought out my friends order on a plate but when they brought out mine it was in a to go bag again. They couldn’t seem to get it right but she was a very nice person, the other lady there was very rude to my friend. The food was good but I don’t think I will go back.

This is a hamburger patty from Picket Fence too in Angleton friday night. It was a pick up order. It was burned to a crisp and so dry it was in pieces. I had to throw it in the trash. I can’t believe they would serve something like this. I will have to say this is the worst food I have ever gotten from a restaurant. I texted pictures and they still haven’t responded. I have always had a good experience with both restaurant’s in the past

I always have a great experiance when I come here! The food is home style and always fresh. The clerk at the front was friendly and accommodating to my complicated order. I order americanos pretty much any place that has them. Their espresso doesn’t tasted burnt and the strength of flavor was great. Their refreshers are so good and served in large cups, so the value is there. Would definitely recommend anyone to there for breakfast or lunch!

Place has really gone downhill foodwise. The service is always outstanding, but never get the food how you ask for it.
We went for breakfast, ordered the pancake combo with crispy hash browns and extra crispy bacon. Neither were anywhere close to crispy. My hot chocolate was more like lukewarm chocolate. The stuff wasnt even fully dissolved. I was surprised when the lady asked if we wanted it with milk or water, that actually made me glad, no where else will ask. The waffle was made right with chocolate chips like asked, but it wasnt cooked all the way either. The sausage for the biscuits and gravy, isnt breakfast sausage. It’s almost like the sausage used for a pizza topping (beef i believe). Really disappointed in the food recently, and sad to say we probably wont return again. Ended up putting the rest down for the dog, and she wont even eat it.

Waitress was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Food was excellent. Prices were good for quality of food as I thought the food was very good. If you stop in try their Monte Cristo sandwich.

Had such an amazing breakfast here. Walked in and was greeted by a sweet girl that took her time and walked my husband and I through the menu since it was our first time. Seating was easy since I can’t walk far distances.
Our drinks were brought out quickly as well as our food.
Food was delicious and we were so happy to find breakfast burritos because everyone only sells breakfast tacos and sells them at burrito prices. I was happy to find a breakfast combo that was the perfect portion and great price! We normally head further out of town for a good breakfast but I think we found a new place for our breakfast dates.
I felt bad because the power went out while
we were dining because of the wind but we didn’t mind because being fellow restaurant owners, we get how anything can happen at anytime in this biz. I just hope the power came back for them.

Best pancakes ever
Avocado toast is really good too and the price is super reasonable for what you get. Not a fan of the hot chocolate but the pancakes make up for it 100% 2nd time, they were just the same. Gonna be back!

I ordered the chopped brisket sandwich. It was tough and couldn’t chew it. Asked for another plate hoping they would correct it but alas no. Lady told me “it’s the same very tough to chew”. I mean what do say about that?! She didn’t offer to give me my money back either. Husband ordered the picket bowl. First, this is NOT a bowl. See pic. The chicken was not fresh. It was just ok. Service was below par. They need to train their workers. No apology for the bad food, no return of my money since I couldn’t eat the food. I mean it can’t get any worse than that. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Never going back. Every time I go I order the choose 2 and every time I get my order its missing something. I precede to tell the lady at the window and she precedes to argue with me. Im right here showing u what’s in my order. She instead asks for the whole bag and the receipt. Even after she told me the sandwich is with the salad. Where? Underneath the salad? Get home and my sandwich which was the club panini has no bacon and the chips are not in a bag but placed with the pickle so now they are soggy i paid 20 bucks for that and some mini corn dogs my kid wouldn’t eat.
