I’ve been coming to this sub shop since I was in first grade, and it has always been an incredible experience. It is still family-owned and operated by the same wonderful people, which is so rare to find these days.
If you are in the Hollywood area—or even just visiting from out of town—you absolutely have to stop by. The staff is the friendliest you’ll ever meet, and they make you feel right at home. The subs are delicious, made with the softest bread I’ve ever had and packed with generous portions of meat.
It’s a local gem that has stayed consistent for decades, and I recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic! My family came during a vacation trip. The service, the authentic look feel and taste! My family ate here today and all of our food was perfect. The macaroni salad, potato salad, and Cole slaw were phenomenal. I had a turkey/roast beef sandwich that I customized. My dad had pastrami and the Rachel, my husband and mom had the Rueben but my dad’s pastrami was so good that my husband ordered one to go. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious sandwich – ordered the Kitchen Sink. The owner and staff were so kind and professional, place was nice and clean; soft bread, fresh sliced meats right in front of you and the best shredded, crisp lettuce. We also got (one of) the soups, creamy potato, and it was amazing!

I drove by this place a couple of times and also saw a video on social media so I decided to give it a try. This place was very nice and cozy, clean and they even serve beer. Also saw that they were playing college football for those who love sports. Now the best part. I went with an Italian sub to go and it was fire. The cold cuts and the veggies were fresh and the bread… fire! Complimented the cold cuts really well. If you’re near the Hollywood area don’t hesitate to give this place a go.

Absolutely incredible experience. I ordered the Reuben, and it was hands-down the best one I’ve ever had—perfectly toasted bread, flavorful meat, and everything balanced just right. The potato, pasta salad and slaw was all amazing. It’s hard to decide on a favorite. The service was amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere was perfection, comfortable and inviting. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great sandwich.

My first time here. Not impressed with the steak and cheese sub…unfortunately, it lacked flavor and the bun got extremely soggy, even though it was toasted because the steak wasn’t drained before putting it on the bread. But, the service here was 5+ stars and I plan to give the place another try. Hoping this was just a one off.

If you are wanting a good New York-style deli in the Miami area, come to Mile High. This place is legit. The reuben is fabulous, the pastrami to die for. The owner and crew are super nice. His father started the business in 1981 and learned his craft at Katz’s. So whenever you’re down this way, you gotta get to Mile High.
