Food was cold, and just does not taste like “Popeyes” chicken anymore biscuits tasted like they were old and maybe nuked in the microwave.
$30 for a kids chicken tender & a 6pc wing had to pay extra for 2 biscuits because apparently a biscuit does not come with the combo meals anymore??? I knew the kids meal didn’t but strange that the adult combo did not either.
I ordered the original hot flavor on wings, and got what tasted like some sort of Nashville hot style covered in a gritty grease with zero flavor! Gross!! Do not recommend those at all. Never again.
Fries did not taste fresh and they were cold to boot…
just overall very disappointing experience.

Went through drive thru this evening and the lady that was taking the order was rushing us through it and was rude. She had an attitude and would not let us order all legs as we were willing to pay if there was a difference in the money. She even stopped taking our order and informed us that someone else was going to have to take the order. Second employee gets on speaker and was just as rude and rushed the order as well. We get to the window and the place looks horrible inside. VERY unclean and disorganized. I thought well maybe they are rushing us through the ordering process because they were busy but that was not the case as there was only 1 family inside and no one in line. We will never return and I warn others to beware.

We were the only ones there getting food. Went through the drive-thru and was told to pull to the front of the store to wait for our food. Waited about 20 minutes before they finally brought it out. I was expecting to have fresh chicken and fries since of the wait… but we did not get that. Our food was warm but not hot and fresh, was disappointing.

I was told to that I had wait for 15 minutes for my food to be cooked and to drive around to the front, 13 minutes in a crowd of people go inside and come out with their chicken I waited an additional 5 minutes and drove around to the window and asked how everyone else is getting their food before me, I was then told that my chicken was spicy and theirs was original so I said okay well is my food ready because it’s been more than 15 minutes now and then she tells me it will be another 15 minutes, which made no sense to me. They gave my chicken away, and forgot about me when they got busy, I asked for a refund. The night manager she did not speak or apologize , she slammed the window shut and put in for my refund she didn’t even look just handed my money out of the window. I just snatched my money n left. She was rude and I want blame the younger kids that work there, because they were following her orders.

If your Spidey senses tell you to go to Classic across the street, I advise you to listen to those senses. I waited 5 minutes to pay for my order in the drive-thru, pulled around to the front doors as instructed to wait for my food, and waited 15 minutes. I went inside and got my order finally started. Everything I ordered was already cooked, aside from the sandwiches, which they asked someone to cook. Absolutely ridiculous to wait 20 minutes for basic chicken. I only got 4 biscuits and I was supposed to have 5, but they were not fresh so I’m not mad over that. They are not good at keeping foods on a rotation. They need an overhaul on the inside and the employees.
