the young man barista with the cool hair made my day with his latte art skills. I even had an annoyingly long drink order but he made it perfect! And the girl who took my order (cool hair too, black and red) was very patient and helpful. It’s not easy ordering a perfect latte, but this one turned my frown upside down!

Brooke helped us at the drive threw and interacted with my toddler who wanted to say hi, tell her about dance class and that we were having family over after. Brooke was so FRIENDLY and I am so greatful because that kind of care is rare these days especially when your very busy at work. Thank you Brooke! Drink was fine, eventually, but it took forever and I hadn’t allotted extra time! Staff seemed uncoordinated, everyone doing their own thing slowly and nobody communicating to make sure customers’ orders were coming through (the person at the end had to ask each costumer what they ordered before starting each drink bc the person taking the orders didn’t tell her).

Annabelle stands out as the face of this location during each of my visits. When I walk in I am greeted by her infectious smile and glowing personality. She is always so genuine in her interactions, and I love all of the personalized recommendations she makes based on what I’ve ordered in the past. That type of personal interest and attention to detail is something rare in today’s world, and it is what motivates my traveling from Liverpool to make this my preferred Starbucks.

Saw a video of a motorist getting robbed by one of your baristas who added a 100% tip to his total for a $5 drink! That’s over $10! Tips should be optional not mandatory or sneaky! That’s theft! She should be fired!

The pace here is always very slow. It even comes across like the staff finds it amusing instead of trying to move quicker. There was also a girl who asked one of the workers for something and the worker just stared at her, said nothing, and turned around. It would be great to see more effort and professionalism.

I ordered a cookie crumble Frappuccino with extra chocolate chips. They didn’t bother to blend the drink at all. The Frappuccino is a blended drink! They dumped the chips at the bottom of the cup and it was undrinkable since it became too thick to drink through a straw. It went in the trash and I called customer service to let them know. Service was very unfriendly as well.

When they first opened their original team was friendly , efficient, and I rarely had a drink made wrong. Within the past three months every other time I go my drink is wrong. The drive through line is always backed up ( I’m sure due to mistakes) and I’m not sure why they still have yet to open the second drive through line. Not sure what’s going on over there but I hope they get it together soon.

My husband and I love this location. Super clean from the seating area to the restrooms. Superb atmosphere, great seating area outside as well. We have come multiple times. Anabelle is fantastic, she made our drinks exactly as ordered, super bubbly and friendly. Michelle was super sweet as well, she and Anabelle gave us a few drink recommendations. Keep up the great work ladies! We will be back to this location often:)
