This is a clutch spot to hang out with a great view of downtown Gilbert Az. The food was amazing and the service was great. Tuesday is salsa dancing lessons night. This is a must visit for a special night out!

This was the first time I came here. I’m new to town, but the staff was very kind and helpful.
Drinks were fun and delicious. Date night with my daughter. Sunset was perfect with the spot she chose for us. A must to revisit.
I love fruity drinks, flowers always add a sweet touch.

Anything less than 5 stars is crazy. The cocktails were strong but you hardly taste the alcohol and get to enjoy the flavors from the rest of the ingredients. We had just come from a Christmas party so we were pretty full but decided to try the Loaded Yuca Fries and we couldn’t stop eating it. The prices for the quality of the cocktail and dishes are super reasonable as well. All in all, great Vibes, amazing music, phenomenal food and cocktails, and super friendly bar staff.

The location of this establishment is the boom, however that’s were the wonder of it ends. The service is horrible. We sat here for at least 40 minutes waiting for our drinks. The water we I received was in dirty glass. This establishment sucks.

We missed the sunset but it would’ve been awesome from the rooftop. It does say spirits and cocktails, they did have a Lotta fun looking cocktails and spirits but I sometimes like to drink red wine actually that is my drink of choice. They did have (one) Cabernet served to COLD, not chilled, and that tiny little bottle, was 25 so it would’ve cost us 50 for a full size bottle and that’s what I ended up having, two of the smaller bottles. Really wasn’t worth 50 but I shared. Great location, great view, but it would’ve been nice if they would’ve stocked up on some more food because they seem to be out of a lot of choices. All in all we had a great time.

Alright folks! We went here yesterday with a group of 6 and we were excited to check it out because I heard it was a cool place to hangout… Let’s me tell ya, NO .

We walked up 3 flights of stairs to a very hot (No fans, nada) little bar with 1 bar tender serving the entire place.

Unfortunately between the woke “Bad Bunny promo on the bar top to the bar tender that was too busy to even say hi or turn around to say I’ll be right with you we decided to leave after a few minutes of sitting with nothing.

There was what I suppose was a manager doing inventory on the first flight of stairs that saw us walk up and didnt greet us or anything and then came up right after us saw us sitting at the bar and didnt say a word amd walked into the back.

So long story short we left and went next door to their competitors and got sat and served right away… Whoops!

Came here to celebrate my one year anniversary with the lady. I’d done a bit of research online in advance, I was looking for something that balanced a good looking menu with an atmosphere to match and this place did not disappoint.

It’s located on the main street in Gilbert where there’s a little walking and shopping one can do, and there was a good bit of parking available.

We were seated promptly at a booth with a perfect view of the sunset (a full hour ahead of the time I made a reservation for). Our host offered to raise the visor and gave us a stunning view of the evening sunset. Drinks were ordered and enjoyed. They have a really cool selection of unique drink choices you won’t find elsewhere.

For the appetizer we got the yucca fries. These are a must. We were blown away by how good they were, the yucca was perfectly fried, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.

We ordered the filet mignon on potato pancakes for our main. That was when we decided we’ll be coming back here every anniversary. We couldn’t believe how good it was, there’s some real craftsmanship going on in the kitchen here. Even the veggies laid on top were flawless. The view of the desert sun slowly sinking into the mountains was the perfect backdrop for our night out.

The only rooftop bar you’ll want to go to in the east valley. The menu is unique and they had new offerings when we went. We had the nopales app and the esquite and chips app. They were both good. The nopales are unique because they are a little tangy. Basically healthy French fries! Hah

For an entree we had the fry bread which comes in a vegetarian or chicken Tonga option. We had chicken Tonga and it tasted just like a super unique one of a kind pizza.

Service was good. We talked with the chef about his new menu. Bartender was bubbly and nice. Could have been more attentive but her personality made up for it.

You should go here. On a Tuesday we arrived 30 minutes before sunset and got the best sunset viewing spots!

Good food, was cold. Waiting 15 minutes to be greeted. 15 minutes to even get our drinks. Food came out at a decent pace but was cold. Staff was good but management has 0 clue what they are doing.

Sotol is a cool spot. Being on the rooftop of the third floor, you get a nice view of downtown Gilbert. The food is really good! If you struggle with huge menus, the list is fairly limited, but all solid options. My wife and I went and she got the chicken tinga quesadilla and I got a the burger which had goat cheese, arugula and sun-dried tomatoes. The mixed drinks were solid. We got the copper state mule and so-chata that were both very tasty. If you want to get dessert, definitely get the churros. A perfect place for a date night or night out with friends.
