I need a Blizzard and a basket, maybe one or two.
From the Grill to the Chill, yeah they treat me like a King,
Hail to the Queen, it’s my favorite thing.

Now clear the table, ’cause it’s time for the main event
Money on the soft serve is money well spent.
I walk up to the counter, knowing what I need
Got a sweet tooth hunger that I really gotta feed.
Is it Reese’s? Snickers? Or the Cookie Dough?
Maybe Midnight Truffle strictly for the pros.
Make it a Large, yeah I need the heavy cup
Watch the server grab it and flip it bottom up.
Defying gravity, thick like a brick
Pass me the red spoon, let me take a lick.
If it spills, it’s free, but they never drop it
Once I start eating, man, I cannot stop it.
Sometimes I keep it classic, old school style
Get a chocolate dipped cone just to crack a smile.

This review is based solely on the customer service I received today, October 3 Thursday at around 2 o’clock or 2:03 PM. There were two ladies working there one I think may have just started, but I just wanted to say that their friendly faces and smiles were so welcoming and inviting and the laughter. Have stopped here several times for a sweet treat but ordered our first ice cream cake for my daughters sweet 16 birthday and they NAILED IT! Called in the order and requested specific photo from their album and told them the colors and icing style was up to them! It was the perfect cake and my daughter loved it!!

Always so crowded. Staff are friendly but this place is high way robbery. $16 for 2 blizards. Never again lol instant regret..
Edit. Yes I got 2 large blizzard last night with extra candy that was $16. So you say that’s the only way it would be $16 you are correct, but that’s still insanely expensive. $16 for 2 ice creams. I appreciate the reply and resources on where to find coupons.

Went today the 4th of July around 9:30pm. I got what I always get, a small chocolate extreme blizzard. This was THE BEST chocolate extreme blizzard I’ve had!! I could tell they were getting ready to close, and they still took the time to make me a delicious blizzard. That says a lot, this is a great Dairy Queen!!

When our line is constantly wrapped around the building and we are busy after one car after another we usually have to change our mix. Mix becomes difficult to use once it’s changed for a few cars. ALL of MY employees would have remade your cone if you would have simply asked!! We always will remake something if it was not to your standards. We also are locally owned as we were business of the year for new Baltimore two years ago! Our employees are 98% of our crew high school and college students.
Something I seem not to understand is your competence in knowing how to be a human being. Race, sex, and economic status is NONE of your concern when it comes to whomever is serving your food!! Don’t ever comment about women’s status or race ever! Until you know what it is like to be a woman or a single mother or be from a different race don’t voice your uneducated opinion please as your comment was nothing but disgusting, disrespectful, and hateful. Please be a better human as it seems it’s being your greatest downfall!!

I don’t even know where to begin in this place. First of all, I walk in and there is way to many customers like cmon guys it can’t be the at hard. then we get to ordering after 25 minutes we order a small nutter butter shake, and a small oreo blizzard. The food turned out fine BESIDES MY SHAKE WAS SOMEHOW BURNT i was honestly astonished by how they even managed to pull this off. Also they didn’t even give me a straw for my shake that was the worst part, I then in pity had to eat my SHAKE with a fork. It was not only burnt and no straw i managed to also find 3 mms 1 looked half eaten.
