Of all the terrible Jack in the Boxes in the Imperial Valley, this one may very well be the king. And it goes far beyond burned oil particle covered fries served with… extra oil. You’re more than welcome to find out for yourself. Just make you sure you have a bathroom close by, or at the very least baby wipes on hand.

They have the worst customer service and are lazy about food preparation. The fries I got were thrown back into the oil to be reheated and are way too salty, not fresh at ALL. The burgers were fine, but the sides are always bad, they probably need a new fryer person. I tried again a few months later and same problem is still happening. And whoever packs their doordash items is also lazy, no ranch no napkins nothing when the order specifically asks for some. They do whatever they want to and just offer a free combo, why not give it right in the first place? Im disappointed.

Love the food here. They are fast and freindly. The soda machine is always filled up. Place is clean inside and outside. During lunch hour you might want to go inside to order as the drive thru wait is long.

Nice and cozy place to get great sushi, also open bar on Wednesdays, the hostess was polite and friendly. Hands down the best Jack in the box I have ever been.

Before I really liked going to eat, but for some time now they have lowered the quality of their food !!! The dining room is sometimes clean, other times dirty !!! It also depends on the number of clients and the manager who is in charge! I’m still going to eat, but for me it’s just fast food !!!

Terrible, paid for coffee, but they ran out. They said they would make a fresh pot, so we waited 20 minutes in our table but never told us it was ready. Their excuse was they forgot because they were cleaning

Curly fries we ordered were missing and the chicken strips looked so sorry. The strips looked like chicken nuggets. Go to the other locations for better food.

Had a special order, the cashier was friendly and repeated the order. There was a mix up with all the rest of the other orders. Had to wait 10 minutes for a teriyaki bowl but it was taken to our table. Dining room was freezing. Hence the reason for 4 stars
