The sandwich was incredible as usual! My advice…get in on the rewards program. Our bill was $29+. We paid $9.00. Can’t beat it.
Never had a bad sandwich.
They serve Pepsi products.

We came in this evening with a pretty big order but one of our sandwiches is for someone with a severe dairy allergy, he can die from dairy. It’s pretty scary! The guy taking out order said he was going to have to clean the deli/cheese machine completely and it will take a while and we said we would wait however long it would take. He was very kind and didn’t seem annoyed at the extra work he had to do. We felt soooo bad but he didn’t make us feel like we were burdening him at all! Too notch service!

Great place to stop for a sub! This place has a nice selection of hot and cold sandwiches. It’s really nice to see good variety. The bread has a nice skin on it, and the inside was soft and flavorful. Toppings were very fresh, and the Italian sandwich “cold sandwich” I had was super refreshing and delicious. Highly recommend getting it Mikes Way. I added extra pickles as im crazy for them, as you can see. The size of a regular was surprisingly large. I can’t even imagine how big the size up is. In this aspect it’s a great value of your money. It’s shops like these that have standards and value that will put places like subway out of business. Keep it up, Jersey Mikes!

Great Roast Beef and Provolone Sandwich, loaded with meat and toppings. My wife got the Italian and it was delicious as usual. I’ve ordered dozens of times and every order has been accurate and well made and on time.

As great as my sandwich was, I can safely say I will never be back, at least not to this location. I went in with my infant who has a severe milk and egg allergy. I kindly asked if they would mind changing their gloves as I noticed they wore the same gloves for every sandwich. The young man (who was training) was very kind and had no issue. The woman training him asked me what the allergy was to which I again said milk and egg. She states “we do not have any egg product” (which is untrue as they have mayonnaise but whatever) and can’t guarantee 100% milk free as they use the same slicer for cheese and meat, but offered to wipe the machine down. I said that would be perfect to which she responded multiple times asking me “how serious the allergy actually is” and if we “really need to clean the machine or if it’s just a minor allergy”. We should have just walked out the door when we started being questioned but we stayed. Once we got to the register I heard her talking with the young man about people with allergies and how they can make things difficult and to just go with what they say. Not only was I made to feel like an inconvenience for making sure my child could safely eat her lunch but it does not matter how severe someone’s allergy is. If there is an allergy all things should be done to help prevent any contamination and people shouldn’t be interrogated. I understand maybe it was an off day, or maybe it wasn’t meant to come off any certain type of way but allergies are serious and if I can’t feel safe offering my child a sandwich because it takes a couple extra steps I will not return.

This place always makes me regret coming here. I keep giving it a shot because I love Jersey mikes but I always leave upset from this location. They are not friendly and always upset when you ask for a slight modification or if you don’t get it mikes way they look at you with disgust.
The management is very cut throat and rude to their employees, she is not friendly to the customers either.
I have even heard employees talking bad about her when she isn’t there.
Stay away if you don’t want your day ruined.

Was starved and love JM’s. Would have liked to have purchased a sub but watched one of the three employees lock the door as I pulled in at 8:29 when the sign on the door says open till 9:00. As other reviewers said, why post hours if your letting employees choose when it’s convenient to lock the door and hide in the back when someone pulls in. No labor shortage here friends, just boys who turned down customers because they decided doing their jobs 30 minutes before close wasn’t worth it. Not a good time to own a food franchise friends…

I was taken a bit off guard by the argumentative, non-flexible employee I encountered Sunday morning when I stopped by to pick up a couple sandwiches for lunch. I requested a simple customization (swapping 3 slices of Ham for 3 slices of Turkey). I was met with immediate pushback, and was told I could only make this change if I ordered and customized a different, more expensive sandwich. Otherwise, no substitutions allowed. The young lady informed me this was necessary due to Jersey Mike’s “focus on getting out of bad habits” and “efforts to decrease food costs” After much debate the employee finally relented (grudgingly) and allowed the simple change. Very unpleasant (and unnecessary) interaction. Distasteful and unprofessional approach to customer service.

Jersey Mike is my favorite when it comes to a good hoagie. Tonight however I wasn’t a fan of the individual who was taking orders and cutting the deli meat. I simply asked if I could half a giant sub, putting half in a bowl and half on a roll. Instead of getting a no, or we are not allowed to do that, I got a “I don’t know what you are asking me!” I get that it might be something that simply cannot be accommodated, but I didn’t have to get the attitude that came with my sandwich! Calvin and Logan on the other hand were very pleasant and provided an overall good experience. I will still be coming back as I enjoy their subs, but one more experience like the one I had and I might be looking for another sub shop, or simply frequent a new location.
