Delicious food and a great experience overall. We tried the 3 Bugles, The Fridge, and The Flashover — definitely not your ordinary grilled cheese. For dessert we got the Shift Celebration.
Everything was flavorful and well made, the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. We’ll absolutely be back.

Best “novelty shake” I’ve had in my life!
We decided to try this place out. We got two shakes and two grilled cheeses. They both were tasty! The staff was very helpful as well. They answered all of our questions and were patient with us (I left my phone AKA money in the car). We’d love to come back and definitely support a Norman location in the future 😉
The shakes were the highlight though. I got the fully engulfed Fighting Falcon! Highly recommend. All the toppings work well together and were all fresh. I’ve had novelty shakes where everything came out premade/frozen ahead of time so all the candies and toppings were hard. Not here! Everything was nice, soft, and edible. Didn’t spill over everywhere and make huge mess either.

My wife and I stopped in here on a Saturday for lunch. This was our first time trying the place and the GM Suzy was extremely helpful and friendly! She recommended a couple of sandwiches and definitely did not steer us wrong. We will be back again for sure! Great atmosphere, great staff and delicious food. 10 out of 10 recommend. This is the type of place I would drive 2 hours to have again (luckily we live closer than that though lol) if you’re in the area stop in and have a sandwich and milkshake. You won’t regret it!!

Big fan of grilled cheese so I had to come try! We showed up right before dinner time and it was perfect, very quiet and chill. It started getting busy after we received our food. I chose a fan favorite and it was definitely a lot..wouldn’t order that specific one again. But it was delicious! My mother said she enjoyed her waffles and chicken as well. I think next time we would both pick more mellow options. The shake was lovely, not too sweet, but a lot of whipped cream. Probably wouldn’t be able to survive the “fully engulfed” version. Loved the cheese curds but they did come out a lil cold and hard still. When we reheated/ toasted them after arriving home they were incredible. The service was lovely and the cashier was so sweet and pleasant. I’m not a huge fan of the interior/vibe, but I understand the vibe. If it wasn’t obvious, this place is definitely a lactose intolerant’s nightmare lol. But overall, enjoyed the experience!

I loved this place! Had Chief Russells Melt and the cheese curds and they were awesome! As a former Air Force Firefighter this place was very special with the DoD Fire Service decorations and patch wall. The owner Ashontay stopped by our table and was such a joy to speak with and reminisce about Air Force service. This place is a must go!!!

UPDATE 2/14/26 NO MORE FRIES! We are so sad! Made us decide to try something else for valentines. I’m sure the sandwiches are still good and if you like tater tots then it’s the place for you I guess. The prices have also gone way up since the pictures of the menu were posted but I would think it was worth it with the battered fries.
Original review: My husband and I both got the tetrahedron (plain grilled cheese) with fries and we both got a shake for dessert. The cheese pull is like a pizza commercial, the fries were delicious, and even though we were very full we couldn’t resist finishing the shakes. I got the Union Break (coffee ice cream) and he got the Shift Celebration (cotton candy). As we were driving around running errands afterwards, my husband kept saying “man, that was good food.” The service was excellent and we appreciated the atmosphere as well. Highly recommend!

I was in the area and dropped in for lunch. It has a cool theme around fire fighting with some nice spots for photos. I decided to try the Swann of Nashville with some battered fries. The sandwich had a great flavor with a small amount of heat which I enjoyed. The shakes looked delicious so I will have to try them next time.

I cannot recommend The Crimson Melt enough! If you think you know grilled cheese, think again—this place takes it to a completely different level. The bread was perfectly golden and crisp, and the quality of the cheese was incredible. I ordered the Flashover and it was absolute perfection.
But what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. From the moment wewalked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They gave excellent recommendations and checked in to make sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. It’s rare to find such high-end hospitality in a casual spot.

Today was my first time in the restaurant. Upon walking in I was met with a friendly smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The server was kind and explain the menu in detail! She gave me her favorite suggestions and made ordering a breeze. Every thing on the menu looks amazing especially the shakes!
