This was our first visit to this new restaurant in the Greenwood Park Mall. The interior was very inviting and exciting. We were sat at a high top next to the glass garage door that opens to the patio. It was a little chilly and dark in that specific spot, but the rest of the restaurant appeared well-lit. They have several options that your typical Mexican restaurants do not have. We ordered the fajitas and the chicken taco salad. Both were very good. There were a lot of big chunks of pepper in the salad, which were somewhat unpleasant. And the shrimp for the fajitas still had the tails on, so those needed to each be removed before putting the fajitas together. The biggest issue was how long it took to get our food. We were all done with our drinks/beers before our food came out. It was a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. We will go back for special occasions or every once in a while.

I highly recommend it! The food tasted great and it had a nice presentation. The atmosphere was elegant and the music was fire. Having said that, the best part was the bartender. Rogelio was super nice and took great care of us. His recommendations of drinks was spot on. He knows what he is doing, so pay him at the bar when you come in.

Let me tell you this the scenery was top notch for sure! It was a great Birthday spot for anyone just so your eyes can have eye candy. The food was great! The skewers was very tasty and cheesy. It wasn’t a thick cheese nor thin. The cheese they use on it had a great balance of richness. The three-way fajitas was great too. CEVEICHE had a beautiful presentation and tasted fresh and delightful. Our Server was good, she warmed up towards the end. I felt she could have done something additional for my Birthday but nothing special at all. We didnt have to want for anything so she was good however I wish the warmth of personality would have came at beginning of encounter. I will definitely come again to have another dining experience. I would definitely recommend.

We decided to go on a Friday night after seeing Santa, without reservations, just to see how long the wait was. They initially said about an hour, which we weren’t shocked but we didn’t think the kids could wait that long so we were going to just go grab something in the food court but they were able to find somewhere to squeeze us in. We super appreciated it and it was not at all expected. Everyone was super friendly, food was great. We will definitely be back, without the kids

As a person who isn’t too big on Mexican food I can confidently say I loved this. The food as well as the presentation was lovely and the service from my server Vanessa was very helpful. The prices can range anywhere from 18 dollar entrees to 160 but they’re all great. I’d 100% love to come back to Verde in greenwood
