We got the vegan green curry with tofu to go and I’m so happy about it! Since moving to Washington I hadn’t been able to find a good vegan green curry, I’m so glad this place had one! The servings are very large, the tofu was well cooked and firm, there were tons of veggies, and a lot of good flavor! One order is definitely at least 2 meals worth! They seem to have several vegan options on their menu so we will definitely be back to try more items!
Edit: We’ve since been back several times, and our new favorite is the vegan red curry with tofu! It is excellent. It is packed with veggies, tofu, and incredible flavors. We like it at spice level 3. It’s not very spicy but the flavor is excellent! I highly recommend it!

From the outside this restaurant doesn’t look like much. Don’t let your first impressions scare you away. We were pleasantly surprised to find this hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurant. It is quite clean inside and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend the Red Curry w/ white rice and Garlic Pepper stir fry. Healthy portions with enough for leftovers!

I ordered the vege yellow curry fried rice with no spice. It came with a lot of spice. I ordered take out so I called to let them know and she said they always put a little Chili Pepper in there. They make the rice spicy before you even order it. So I don’t know why they ask you if you want Spice or not or how much. It’s way too spicy. I myself do not like spicy rice maybe something that goes on the rice could be a little spicy but the rice itself should not be spicy.

Very delicious and yummy! Great service c: I had so many Thai food in the past and this is definitely on the top of the list!
They also have great boba. The spice level is just right!
People who have problem with it maybe did not have many experiences with Thai food because I’m very happy with the texture of the noodles and veggies in the curry. They are cooked just right; I doubt that in any Asian dish the veggies and noodles are supposed to be undercooked.

Last 2 times I have visiting. Including today food great service questionable. Girl at counter nose in her phone whole time. Lack of service, when needed. Last visit. Girl was very short with me. For no reason. Tough to give a tip in these circumstances.

Over all experience I would give it a thumbs down. Rice with the curry was over cooked so it made the curry experience bad even though it had good flavor and spice. Soup was not very flavorful.

Disgusting food. Don’t go here. It’s the worst thai food I have ever had. I actually spit it out.. We left without eating. Smells like a toilet in there. The windows are dirty. The waitresses were pleasant, not their fault.

NEVER judge a restaurant by its curb appeal! 100% by it’s food & it’s people, and Thai Carrot has A++ for both!
Food is so delicious this has become my favorite “treat myself” spot! Carry out/order ahead rocks too. Staff is so patient and polite as well
