Was on the phone for a very long time. Had to give our info 3 times. Our order was wrong when we got it and then the delivery lady showed, handed me the pizza box and just kind of ran away. I was going to sign the receipt and give a tip but she literally ran away.. idek

This Pizza Hut location is one the best I’ve ever ordered from. The delivery driver called me minutes after placing my online order to inform me of their Covid-19 policy that would not allow them into the hotel I was staying at. The food arrived hot and delicious. The delivery driver called me just as he was pulling into the parking lot. I will be back in Minot several more times this summer and will order again from this location again.

I was disappointed that this location did not have any sit down options. Decided to do carry out instead. The pizza and bread sticks were both delicious but the pasta could use some work. The staff were nice and got our order out in the time listed on the order details.

This is by fair the worst pizza I have ever had with Pizza Hut. It was almost like it wasn’t in oven long enough. I would have returned it for a refund but we are 30 min away. They have ruined it for me. I will never ear Pizza Hut again.

Placed an order on the app for delivery. Waited until a few minutes past the estimated delivery time and tried to call the number listed. The phone number listed ended up being a number for a status inquiry line that said we had to call the local number. We could not find a local number so ended up having to go in person. Once in store they did not have the order even started, had to wait half an hour while they made it. Asked about getting refunded the delivery fee of 4.99 and our tip because we had to go in store ourselves. They gave us a number to call that did not pick up. Found out once we arrived home our order was missing items. Tried to call the only number we could find again to hopefully get us to someone to talk to and we sat on hold for 20 minutes until finally giving up on trying to get our refund. Worst experience ever trying to get pizza. Will not be eating at any Pizza Hut again after this experience as this was a corporate mess trying to speak to anyone who could help refund us a delivery fee that we did NOT utilize. Food tasted okay when we got it but it was definitely not worth the wait or the headache of this mess.

Tried to order the Dinner Box online. There was no option to replace the cinnamon sticks with normal bread sticks, because the cinnamon sticks are just a little much. I called my local Pizza Hut and explained the situation and asked if it was allowed, server asked manager and manager said “we’ll make it happen”. Excellent service! And, them breadsticks still slap. Only negative, and a minor negative, the marinara cups are now substantially smaller.

Ordered a medium pepperoni and medium supreme and a large cheese pizza and two orders of 12 wings. Came up over a $100.00. Only would have gotten 1 order of wings if I didn’t see the everything wasn’t there. And the supreme was a sausage pepperoni pizza. Check your food orders. And way too expensive just for wings and 2 mediums and 1 cheese pizza.
