Edelweiss was opened in June of 1989. It is a family run/owned business. We serve over 45 different types of omelettes, over 30 types of sandwiches, beer, wine, mimosas, and espressos! The ONLY complaint we get from our customers is that there is too much food on one plate! Come join us for some great service and some great food.

Big monster four egg omelette (ham & cheese). Enough for two (or breakfast & dinner in my case). Quick service,$0.75 upcharge for the English muffin. Mrs had two eggs with hash browns, ordered well done and they were crispy crunchy good .Tasty spot to start your day. Parking can be a challenge, but there is a parking lot behind the Pour Choice restaurant.

This has been a go-to favorite of mine for decades. The old town Auburn scenery and atmosphere make it a wonderful place to eat breakfast or lunch. The selection of omelets and eggs Benedict plus other favorites make it a cozy little place to enjoy a homestyle meal served by staff that are friendly and welcoming.

Our absolute, hands done favorite breakfast and lunch spot. The owners is like a family member as well as the other wonderful servers. Food is constantly on point and fast service.

Omlet was really good, but was disappointed in the chicken fried steak. Was expecting a classic tender cube steak with crispy golden KFC style coating. What was made was just plain flat cut (not tenderized) with a basic flour coating cooked in a pan.
Breaded coating slid right off the steak and was very soggy. If you’ve ever tried making chicken fried steak at home, you know what I mean.
Everything else was really good, but if you want a diner style crispy chicken fried steak, I wouldn’t recommend.

We struck GOLD!!! This was a perfect spot for my kiddo and I. The first time ever she cleaned her plate! I was especially impressed by the service. We felt right at home, everyone was greeted with absolute joy and smiles. This will be a new fav spot for us. Oh and no wait for an iced vanilla latte!!! Thank you!!!

Our group of 6 stopped in for a breakfast while on the road. We were all very happy with our food! The omelets were awesome and they even made a custom breakfast sandwich which wasn’t on the menu. Service was excellent, fast and friendly!

Came for lunch and highly enjoyed it. Very comfortable environment with great service. We loved our bacon cheeseburger with side caeser saladand club wrap. The fries were great and the coffee kept coming. We were very happy with our choice to eat here.
