This is the worst Pizza Hut in Texas. Every time I order, it takes over an our despite being 4 minutes from my house. This order, I ordered 4 drinks and got 4 packs of parmesan cheese. The wings had no sauce. The last order, I was missing an item, the order before that took nearly 2 hours and was cold. Every time, I say surely this can’t happen again but here we are.

Ordered to be delivered. . Called them about the missing drinks. What they said, they will honor free pizza for the next order. NO, I asked that they bring the drinks to me. They said no! It’s too late we won’t be bringing drinks. Mind you, it was at 845pm!!! So it’s not too late!! Never again order from Pizza Hut FM 1093!!!

Terrible experience! What a disappointment! I would give it a zero if I could!
We ordered a stuffed crust pizza online today. The order was placed and we reached the store at around 9:40 pm. The doors were shut. We could see all the employees through the window, standing around one of the teller machines looking at it and talking, but no one even lifted their head to see us at the door even after repeated and loud knocking! I get that you might have technical difficulties, but the least you can do is come to the door and tell the customers who are waiting for their food that they were having some technical issues or whatever it was that was the reason we weren’t going to get our pizza!
We called the number listed for the store, and it kept ringing and no one picked it up. Then we called the Pizza Hut 1-800 number and got a machine that kept going on and on with options until we just got fed up and hung up!
We had been charged for the pizza we never got. We had to contest the charge with the credit card company!
Not the experience to have when you are tired and hungry after a long week day. Definitely not a good start to the weekend!
My daughter loves their stuffed crust pizza but it’s going to be a long time before we think of Pizza Hut again, and never ever at this location! Never! Ever!

Dont go to this pizza hut. They didn’t cut my pizza and acted like it was my fault that my pizza wasn’t cut. They wanted me to drive about an hour to bring the pizza back and an hour to go back home even though they messed up my pizza. I took pictures and videos I would like to send to corporate. I definitely didn’t get what I paid for. I feel like they robbed me because I paid for a product and a service and didn’t receive either. The lady that I spoke with definitely needs to go to customer service training. I buy pizza twice a week, and they just lost a customer because of her. I wish I could post the pictures and videos on here so all their potential customers can see what a shitty job they did and tried to blame me.

Never going back! I ordered the food at 4:30pm. The food was supposed to be at my house at 4:59pm. It didn’t show up. At 5:15pm, I called pizza hut and Ronald (manager) stared to wait 10 minutes then call him back. I waited over 15 minutes and no pizza came. I called back and Ronald stated I would have to wait longer. I have 2 kids who were so hungry and I asked for a refund on the delivery charge only (like $3 on a $38 order). Ronald absolutely turned 180 degrees and treated me like garbage, refusing to provide any refund and actually laughing when I got upset. By the way, this was my daughter’s 6th birthday. It was definitely a horrible way to celebrate it. Also, Ronald hung up on me and told me it’s have to call corporate for my refund. FYI, there’s no corporate number, just an online form to fill out. Don’t go here. Go to Marcos and get good pizza always without any problems. I’ve never had an issue with them.

Absolute worst pizza experience ever. Our pizza was delivered completely mixed up and missing pieces. When we called the location to get a refund or a new pizza, the manager, Nester said he did not have time to deal with me. He refused to refund or rectify the situation.

Little Cesars would even be better. What a joke. They really need to get it together. Very unorganized in the store and online. Don’t call the store because they won’t answer. I was informed that my pizza was enroute and then after waiting for 45 minutes I tried calling the store since their online system said my pizza was delivered. The location is 8 minutes from my house. No answer after several attempts over a span of 15 minutes. Came to the store and they informed me it just left 10 minutes ago. He also said they only have 1 delivery driver but I saw two here. All of this is after 1 hour and 20 minutes after placing my order for 4 personal pan pizzas. Pick up only if you feel you need it. Update: Came home to VERY DRY pizza. It must have sat in the warmer all of that time. Disgusting.

Ordered frequent from this location, but will NOT order from this location again. The last couple of pizza orders were terrible. Little to no sauce, thin crust was extra crunchy. Pizza overall was just terrible. Must be new owners or management. AWFUL
