Wide variety of ice cream. Cool flavors. Italian ice too. Soft serve with a twist..flavor burst. Staff fast and friendly. I got lavender dream. It was lavender blueberry and honey, delicious! We will definitely be back! Parking in back, outdoor seating!

The food was incredible. The best ice cream I have ever had. The staff were also incredibly nice and sweet, and wasn’t rude at all when we asked for a lot of samples. The lady working at the front was very helpful and very kind. Also, they have a ton of variety, so anyone can enjoy it. Plus, there is a ton of seating, inside or outside. Highly recommend… 10/10

A blue fake fingernail was located in the center of a container of ice cream. Double Twister was contacted and a request to speak with a manager or someone in charge. The employee on the phone didn’t assist with speaking with a manager.

Friendly staff. I went there a while back and their portions were wonderful for what they charged. I ordered a medium sundae with ice cream, caramel, and whipped cream. Their medium sundae consisted of a really tiny foam cup, a scoop of ice cream, a little drizzle of caramel sauce. Not a sundae at all. They should be ashamed at the prices that they are charging for what should be a kids size sundae for like 7 dollars. My friend wanted just a medium cup of ice cream. Basically, it’s just a scoop of ice cream, and barely even filled the cup. I couldn’t believe what they are giving for their prices. There are so many different ice cream places around and will definitely be going to other local ones.

Great tasting ice-cream, but the costumer service is absolutely disgraceful. The girls have constant attitude and not willing to answer questions. Being kind to customers should not be an ask. We’ve been coming here since 2010 and portions have gotten smaller, while prices stayed the same or increased. Very disappointed.
