I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! The modern decor gives it a great vibe, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you’re a sushi pro or just starting out, they make everyone feel at ease.
As for the food—it’s simply amazing. The menu has a fantastic variety, and I’ve made it a point to try something new every week. I’ve discovered some new favorites, like the ocean trout and barramundi sashimi, both of which are awesome. Seriously, the eel is the best I’ve ever had, and the rolls are a great mix of traditional and creative options.
We’ve enjoyed it so much that a group of us now go every Monday, and we’ve dubbed it “Masu Monday.” It’s become a fun tradition!

If you are looking for one of the best places to get amazing, high-quality sushi, Masu is the place to go!!! My fiancé and I went once in January 2026 – it was so great that we just HAD to go again a second time. At both visits, our experiences were nothing but amazing! The quality of the sushi you will enjoy, the amount of detail put into the presentation of the food, the hospitality, the stories of the fish and how they are sourced, the taste of true freshness, the welcoming atmosphere….. everything about this restaurant is fantastic. You won’t be able to find anything better than this. Masu is a wonderful restaurant and will forever be our favorite place to get the best sushi in town. Highly HIGHLY recommend stopping in – it just might be your new favorite sushi restaurant too!

First-time here. The front desk should focus on faster initial engagement with customers. Feels too long before actually speaking with anyone after arrival. Now for the good: The service once seated (at the bar) was amazing. The mixed drinks are very balanced and the service staff made amazing recommendations. The sushi was excellent and flavors were unique, smoky, and amazing. The fish to rice ratio was perfect. Highly recommended.

I recently tried Masu and was blown away with how good it is. I had high expectations but they surpassed every one of them. The food is fresh, high quality and made to order. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helped me put together a delicious custom poke bowl. I also tried their matcha rice krispies and those were off the hook. They also have some really cool specialty drinks and side dishes that are available for take out. I highly recommend Masu!

Had a reservation, table wasn’t ready. It was busy but this was more what appeared to be disorganized or recent opening flow.
Friendly team. Was evident our server was trying to keep everything running smoothly from host, table, bar.
Food took almost an hour after edamame, which seemed excessive.

The seaweed salad was good, but everything else was kinda disappointing. The sashimi and tempura mushrooms were ok. The futomaki roll we had (named Masu, I think) was not good. The traditional maki roll we had was not good. Dessert was not good. For the price, I expected a lot better quality. I was hoping for at least one thing that wowed me. We will not be returning, which is sad because we live close and love sushi.
I’m leaving a 4 star review because I don’t want to hurt this restaurant so early in its journey.

We tried the fancy new local sushi place, and it was awesome. The vibe was great, and the food definitely matched it. They’re still pretty new (and a little disorganized), but the owners were there, and you can tell they’re working hard to make it an excellent restaurant.
