Good pizza, but unfriendly and not-so-helpfil staff. We were told to give instructions that the pizza be put back in the oven a second time (ie that it be well done), and when we did the person we spoke to acted like she’d just heard her cat had died.

Ordered online and found hair as i got closer to the crust. I had already ate the pizza down to the last 2 slices and already added ranch on top. I didn’t realize it until I got close to the crust. I will never eat here again.

My family has been loyal customers of this Marcos store since it first opened some years ago. Many friends and neighbors became fans of Marco’s pizza because of our recommendation but now have all heard our unfortunate story. I do hate to see this Pizzaria go downhill. We suffered the most recent example of horrible customer service with Heather, the “manager”. I called to report (not complain) that once again our food was incorrect. I prefaced the entire conversation by stating that I’m not looking for anything in return and realize this may not be their fault, but they needed to be aware that our DoorDash order was wrong again and thought they would want to know. After all they chose to do business with DD. No elevated voices or foul language. Heather talked over me repeatedly, cut me off, then finally hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable! My family will NEVER patronize this store again. There are too many excellent pizzerias out there with kind and considerate staff, to suffer this nonsense.

Stopped in to pick up a sub and it took them 20 minutes to make it. There was no pizzas being made and four people behind the counter. Terrible service.
What was even crazier is that the owner was swiping through Facebook listening to us complain about how long it was taking and never bothered to do anything about it. Hard to believe, but that’s the state of things there. We like Marcos, but I have to say that this location is definitely out going forward.

I came here to pickup an order. The order was not started until 10 minutes after I arrived because there is only one employee who had to do it all. He needs help! The owner should be ashamed leaving him to take orders answer phones make food and service the customers in the store. He did an EXCELLENT job handling his responsibilities. The one star is for the owner not coming in to support your workers DISGUSTING! you costed me money while I waited for this order for being too LAZY to come in and help your hardworking employee! Also your restaurant is HOT and uncomfortable for the wait. I did not taste food so no review on taste just lack of owner helping employees!
