Too many times when ordering my fav. Snacking bacon ,and hot coffee, extra cream and unsweetened toasted almond.
The bacon is severely undercooked and sometimes bringing me iced coffee. Yesterday was the last straw! And when I went back for a refund and after me pointing out there was apology she ( girl with the glasses) still offered no apology. Stating she can go back and cook the bacon. I asked for a refund.
Things happen, but her customer service sucks!!

I placed my order through the drive-thru, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. After placing the order, I had to get out of my car and go inside because no one was assisting at the window. I then had to wait about 6 minutes just to get someone to help me and fix the order.
The drive-thru should be convenient and efficient, but this experience was neither. I hope they improve their service and organization because this was frustrating as a customer.

Placed an order and received my order extremely overwhelmingly sweet. I ordered a lg hot coffee light and sweet which is normally 4 pumps of creamer and sugar only to receive mine with 8 pumps of creamer and sugar who does that. That is disgustingly sweet. And I ordered a coolata that was so blue it taste like straight syrup. Not enough bagels were made so I was refunded for my 2 sandwiches i order. I tossed my whole order.

Placed an order at 6:00 a.m. for 6:45 pick up. Arrive there at 6:40 a.m. did not receive my order until 7:00 a.m. . Meanwhile 6 to 8 people came through the door walked up to the counter were serviced and gone before I got my order. I tried to talk to them and tell them that I was going to slam them in a review. They said they didn’t care can’t you see how busy we are. I tried to explain that I ordered my order at the time that I did and was there to pick it up and all that occurred while I was standing there waiting for my mobile order. This is the second time I’ve gone to this store and this is the second time I’ve had to wait for an order at this store. This was the worst experience today because they’re all yelling at me telling me to leave when I’m trying to explain to them what I experienced wasn’t right. They did not want to hear it. But I made sure they did and I was loud about it. Worst store ever. I live 5 minutes from a Dunkin that I usually stop at in the mornings but I chose this one because it was 2 minutes from my work and I wanted the coffee to be hot for everybody but no they made me wait they gave me horrible service and then they gave me an attitude. I will never ever step foot in that store again .

Brianna the manager was so professional and helpful. I needed 6 dozen donuts for an event the next day and she was able to help and get us situated. I highly recommend this store for your coffee needs!

Did a Dunkin Run for coffee because coffee is yummy and always needed. Drive thru wasn’t to bad honestly. However the guy who took my order that’s another story. He seriously should consider finding a job where interacting with people isn’t required because he doesn’t have a people personality. Either that or he hates his job. I have it three stars because the coffee at least taste good.

Changing my review from 5 to 2.
I leave my home to get a Dunkin breakfast.
A simple bacon cheese sandwich.
You guys can’t make a simple bagel sandwich!?
You burnt the freaking bagel. What the hell am I supposed to do with a burnt bagel and cheese scraps!? Seriously!?!? Know what you’re serving! I didn’t order a BURNT HARD ASS bagel.

These folks made me an awesome breakfast sandwich. I always prefer an extra sausage patty instead of egg, but for some reason, most DD can’t easily ring that up. This person did it easily and the sandwich I got was awesome. They also paid attention to my iced coffee order and that turned out great! Lastly, my man actually wiped my coffee cup because there was coffee dripping. Thanks man!

Mobile order all the time, it is always incorrect. Whenever try to fix it i am always met with attitude from the crew members, or they will just stand and stare at me until their manager comes out from the back to help. Manager is super nice but needs better staff

Bobbi & her Team are the best in the Dunkin’ Universe I participate in, 2~3 times a DAY!
I’ve gone through the drive thru with a bad cup of jo from another Dunkin location & Bobbi has corrected the order. Nothing says “customer service” like the true team atmosphere at this particular location with Bobbi at the helm!
