This shake shack is just decent!!!
The chicken and fries were good but we had to wait while for the food. I had a satisfied experience. One thing i would like to be improved is the speed of the food being served.

This shake shack location has always been okay up until today. The fries are barely filled – I’m not sure if their containers are bigger or they’ve always been this way but it was a big visual difference. *see pic below*
Since when did burgers for to go orders just come in the wrapper? All the other locations always puts the food in a burger box. My chicken shack was stacked on top of my shack stack so all the sauce transferred over to the top bun. It was a mess.
I was so excited for the French onion shack stack BUT my portobello mushroom was barely cooked. The cheese was not even melted and it was just one big glob. The whole point of the shack stack is to enjoy the gooey melted cheese. I left feeling like I wasted so many calories for an expensive mediocre fast food meal.

Shack Shack is located where the Olive Garden use to be on Stonestown Galleria. I like that you can order yourself from 4 different kiosks that take credit cards only you can also orders from the cashier if you want to pay cash, they have numbers next to the kiosks that you put at the edge of the table so that the runner can bring the order to you. I was surprised at how fast the order was delivered considering that the place was busy. The bacon cheeseburger was served o. A paper pocket. The ShakeBurger was nice and warm, I liked the chicken bites were small pieces of white meat and they were plump and juicy. My son really liked the fries with cheese and bacon. Plenty of seating both inside and outside with lots of traffic.

Shake Shack always has good food. I usually order thru Door Dash. But today I was at Stonestown Mall in San Francisco, and I saw a businees in chaos. At 2:15 pm –waiting 10 minutes to place an order, 25 minutes to receive the order….all for one strawberry shake. People EVERYWHERE. People were coming in off the street just to use their phones. Trash was going on the floor. Customers were chaotic. Atmosphere was noisy. Recommend that you place posts with chains to delineate the lines. Get faster service with more employees..or just get the ones you have to step it up( I saw one employee dancing in the back kitchen area). Perhaps a larger store would be advantageous. Good luck….I will still probably order thru Door Dash, but I don’t think I will enter the store for some time.

Came here Wednesday 1/21/26 Tiramisu shake was good. cost 6.50 [limited edition] Burgers were good. Bit pricy being 8 bucks each [one kiosk looked down, the screen wasnt there] but cashier on the side to take your order

5/30/23: The manager was training a new guy. They were both nice & helpful. The vege burger was great! The fries were good. The non-milk milkshake was tasty. The place was clean. 6/20/23: They ran out of their vegeburger. Their chicken sandwich was great! 1/23/24: Very tasty temporary Korean inspired menu choices. I thought the Korean flavored sandwich & fries were very good!

This Shake Shake location is spacious but seating is quite limited and it seems they don’t clean the tables often.

This was my first time tasting a Shake Shack burger and it was delicious! Well cooked and well prepared. Yummy fries, and a tasty lemonade to accompany the meal.
Once you enter, you place your order on one of the tablets. The order is then brought to your table. The young gentlemen who served my table was very kind and professional, asking if I needed anything else.
The venue was clean and felt safe. I will most likely return !

Horrible experience, waited 25 minutes for my meal and finally had to walk up to the counter and serve myself at a dine in restaurant. Nothing like having to wait 25 minutes for food while your friends got served 15 minutes ago and your kids are going nuts. No compensation for my time being wasted.Sucks I can’t get the tip back either, I feel like I was robbed.
