They were awesome! The pup cup was amazing. I almost gave my coffee to the dog and ate the pup cup myself.

Super clean. “THE PLACE” to grab a coffee, a snack, either sit and study, or meet your peoples. Clean tables and bathrooms. Staff is SOOOOO friendly and fast. Great place!

One distinctly memorable time I had at Dunkin’ Donuts in Machias, Maine, was when I had a meeting with a Bangor Daily News writer who was doing a story about me. What a great relaxing place to meet for an interview while sipping coffee and eating a Dunkin’ Donut. Since then, they have expanded their seating area and included nice comfy chairs to sit in, and of course, they still have their traditional tables and chairs for those seeking straight back seating. Dunkin’ Donuts was a nice addition to this small town, and great for people passing through!

At the Machias, Maine, Dunkin’ Donuts, the staff is friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and the donuts are “Oh, so yummy!” Worth the stop!

Okay, everybody knows Duncan gets five stars. I mean come on, who doesn’t love Dunkin’ donuts?
Me.
And yet I do. Just like you I’ve succumbed to the devaluation of what I understand to be good.
You see I’m old enough to remember hometown bakeries and donut shops where the pastries and other baked items were made from scratch. When you first walked in the first thing you notice is fresh baked bread. And there is nothing, absolutely nothing more valuable than a homemade donut.
But this is become a lost art in most towns and most of us aren’t willing to compete with the Giants like Dunkin’ donuts. Those 3% margins they run on are just too tough to match.
So we the people, have consequently forgotten, and have therefore lost, our taste for the finer things.

Everyone here is always friendly and pleasant. I routinely hear special requests happily accommodated by the folks running the till. Furthermore, my orders have always been filled accurately and quickly. This is a very well managed Dunkin’.

Everyone and their mom was at the drive thru so it took forever to get my stuff. We ordered on the app which supposedly gave them time to think about our order. Our drinks were fine but everything else was wrong. Ordered a dozen donuts and got 11/12, 5/11 donuts were what we originally picked. We also got two of those cheese bagel twists and didn’t get any of them in the bag. Thanks for NOTHING, Jasmine:(

“Very odd spelling”

of a totally normal Irish name, in an area with a high population of people with Irish heritage.

I wish Dunkin paid their employees enough to care about being more polite to the customers. I don’t enjoy being told my order didn’t show up, and then being told she kept reading it wrong bc of the “very odd spelling.”

This place is horrendous. The worst run coffeshop I’ve ever been to. But we don’t have much options here. Longest wait times in the world. Extremely inexperienced and inefficient staff and the cups seem to always leak so also don’t wear nice clothes. I love dunkin and will likely still have to go here because like I said very few options. But if you don’t have 1/2 hour-45min to wait for your coffe/breakfast than find somewhere else.
