I’m used to ordering from the Brady Street location that’s open until midnight, so l placed an order here at 8:53pm without thinking anything of it. Jimmy John’s had it delivered in under 20 minutes. I felt so bad when I realized a few days later that they close at 9pm. They probably had their kitchen clean and were ready to clock out, and yet they still delivered the order after hours rather than canceling it.
Huge thanks to the crew for going above and beyond. I really appreciated it!

Don’t order from this location. I ordered for pickup and received the skimpiest subs ever. There was almost no turkey on my Turkey Tom, and they just left off half of the condiments I ordered. Very disappointing, and not a good look for Jimmy John’s.

I love 1.3 miles away from this jimmy johns and I’ve tried ordering from it on 3 separate occasions. Not once has it gotten here within 1.5 hours. Jimmy John’s should not take hours to arrive and for some reason it does every time .

If I could give a zero, I would. When we arrived at this location, we tried to walk in during business hours only to be shewed away by the worker, saying that they were only accepting pickup orders. She was incredibly rude. We went back to the car and placed a mobile order, waited 25 minutes, but it never said it was completed. Finally, we went back to the door to find it locked. The worker let us in but gave us ridiculous attitude when we said we had a pickup order. Any time we asked for something she rolled her eyes aggressively. It felt as though us paying for our food and expecting to receive it was such an inconvenience to the two workers. We finally got our food, and it was fine, however they did not follow the instructions to cut the sandwich. Also not freaky fast at all! (And no free smells since they didn’t let us wait inside).

Got delivery. It was delivered fairly quickly. When I tell you this was some of the most disgusting crap I have ever had, please know that I am not exaggerating. The bread was so soggy that it was like buddy. The sandwich was dripping with whatever that was. I was in a bind, so I tried to eat the inside only. The meat tasted like it was expired. I was so sick after eating this food that I am sure it was!

Transparent moment, I have been feeling pretty overwhelmed by life the last couple weeks and today was one of those days.
I broke down crying in the check out line ordering my lunch. Immediately ,all the staff was attentive and gave encouragement to me. In a world that is so hard and cold, I felt so loved and seen in that moment. U truly never know what someone is going through. They offered me a free cookie and kind words and an hug. Thank you Jimmy John’s, I really needed this love today more than you know.

Ordered online 30 mins before showing up ended up waiting an hour total. Watched people come in, order and finish their food before I even got mine when I ordered way ahead of them. Absolutely ridiculous service. I work in the service industry and this was unacceptable. Won’t be coming back to this location.

It’s a good Jimmy’s but I’ve been to ones with better customer service. This place was nice and clean and the food was spot on per usual. I was just surprised at how flat the workers acted. We stopped at this location today (10/25/25) at approximately 2:30pm. We looked at the menu and then stood at the counter for a bit. The oven alarm was going off and we hollered hello with no response. The store was apparently left unattended. We left without ever seeing an employee.
