I came in tonight with my two sons looking for a relaxing night after passing my finals!! And honestly, the night took a turn. My son accidentally left his IPods on the table, and suddenly they were ‘missing,’ even though Find My was pinging them inside the restaurant. Turns out someone tried to hide them.
But here’s what deserves real recognition:
First, a young worker quietly told my son exactly who picked them up. That honesty didn’t go unnoticed. Second, the Manager on duty took action immediately. He personally walked my son to the back, looked around himself, and ended up finding the IPods tucked behind a couple of boxes hidden, not lost. And third, our actual waiter gave us amazing service the entire time. Super attentive, super kind, and honestly the only reason our night had started out smooth in the first place.
Between the honest employee, the proactive manager, and the great waiter, we got my son’s IPods back and still had a good experience overall. But I sincerely hope something is done about the fact that an employee tried to steal from a child. If you can’t be trusted with people’s belongings, maybe you shouldn’t be working in a restaurant at all.
Five stars only because of the manager, the honest kid, and our awesome waiter.

YUM! My family and I stopped in over the weekend while out in the area and even though we don’t usually eat at chain restaurants this Chilis was really fresh and good! My husband was so impressed with the burger he wanted to go back the next day! Everything came out super fast, waiter was very attentive and all around good food! We will be back!

My family and I popped in for an early dinner, party of 5, we were difficult and the wait staff were exceptionally patient and understanding. We all had a good time. Restaurant was clean and well-kept. Food was prepared well and tasty. There’s another Chilis closer to where I live but this one at Red Mill is always better, livelier, and cleaner.

I usually do curbside pickup but decided to dine in on a weekday. I’m so glad we did! The food and service was AWESOME! Nice cozy friendly atmosphere. Great service and delicious food and beverages. Will always choose this location!

I went and had lunch at the bar 1/8/26 and I have to say Sandy was really impressive that day. She was just floating around that restaurant, everyone was happy, she checked in on me, and she had a smile on her face. It was just her and I believe one other girl running the whole lunch, not one person in that restaurant suffered, and if sandy was stressed, she didn’t show it. I was a server for 12 years and know lunch can be even more stressful than dinner, she was an absolute star. I got the Santa Fe burger with the loaded mash…. Whoever made the mash that day absolutely knocked it out of the park. I get this order everytime I eat at a chilis and the mash is typically a little hard and dried out (I still like it anyway haha) but on that day it was hot and creamy, I felt like thanksgiving came again. I just wanted to give the people working lunch that day a shout out because places seem to have a quality and customer service issue as of late and this visit was just really nice to experience. Thanks again to the people that were working that day, it made my day.

Mixed review because this is our go to Chilis. Came for fiancé’s birthday dinner with a party of 7. Table was wobbly. Bartender wouldn’t let me take drink to table, but let my fiancé….weird. Server must have been new. She couldn’t get our drink order, food order right. Had to send a few things back. Fries were hot like we asked. A few other employees came to assist. Manager checked on us twice.

This is our neighborhood location! I’m here at least 2X a week – absolutely adore the bar staff + repeat good service and great food! My husband and I share the smokehouse pick 3 and it’s a yummy meal (especially for a chain restaurant). Overall this Chili’s is repeatedly clean, fast, and great quality across the board. If you’re weighing between visiting the Virginia Beach Blvd location or this one, definitely visit this Chilis!!!

Chilis has kept it up after all these years. Great quality food that is just good. It’s a place you can take the family, eat well and not break the bank. Haven’t been to one in many years and when I tasted the food… I was back 15 years ago. Still good!! Service was great too!

Chilli’s Nimmo Parkway, Virginia Beach. I requested well done burger, no pink. I received a burger that looked to only be seated on the outside and almost raw on the inside. This is very dangerous and unhealthy. Whoever the cook was is not good for the restaurant. The person who took my order was friendly, and the manager I spoke with was helpful, but the overall ruined experience, health risk and the cook needs to be looked at. Raw beef… This felt more than just a mistake. I do not recommend the Nimmo Parkway location.
