The quality of your food out of Carlisle Sonic greatly depends on who you are and who is working that likes or dislikes you or who you have going to get your food. If you have it remade, then it is even worse than the last order almost like a form of retaliation. Want a refund? Good luck as you seldom get a receipt.

Can’t really give any ratings. Was a walk-up from travel stop next door, only there isn’t a lobby or walk-up window. There was a touch menu screen, but nobody answered it after 3 rings. A chilly wind was blowing, so I left. Guess I won’t return..

This may be the nicest and most friendly Sonic we have ever been to. The staff were super friendly, the restaurant looked clean, our order was perfect, and the food was good. Shoutout to the Sonic team working at 6:37PM on Tuesday, March 19th.

The drive through mic is broken (ran over) so instead of letting you order at the window they have just shut down drive through ordering.
I’m very happy that they forgot to charge me for the add-on bacon since they forgot to put it on my food. Boo.

Slow and horrible customer service. Had to wait 45 minutes for 2 drinks. Would not give a refund so we could just go on and leave. Aid the place and go somewhere else that wants your business.
