Chicken Kabob lunch was very good! We were seated and served very quickly. Food was served in a reasonable time frame. We weren’t asked if we wanted drink refills, but we also did not ask for refills.
The bill was confusing because the amounts did not match the menu. Apparently they add the restaurant tax to each item?? They also provide a cash or credit card price (They pass the fee to the customer).

Best spanakopita ever! Crispy layers of puff pastry over a creamy filling. Perfect small bite to begin. We ordered a beef and chicken kabob replacing the rice with vegetables. The vegetables were still fresh and firm but the outer layers are charred black. Such a great contrast. We finished with walnut baklava and Turkish coffee. The food was outstanding.
The servers were very attentive and even though reviews said service was slow ours came out in good time.
It was a warm night and the restaurant thermostat said 82 degrees. They had a big fan blowing into the dining room, the lights were low and the sign on the door said limited seating due to heat. Odd but not uncomfortable.
When the check came the prices were different then the menu which was very surprising. I double checked online and they were more than the online prices as well. I get they need to raise the prices, but did not appreciate not knowing until the bill arrived.

I frequent med Bistro often in their food is very very good. Recently in the last two months they’ve started to nickel and dime customers with various methods. They’ve updated their menu which is fine leaving the same items but charging extra for almost every single item. I asked for a simple side of rice and they charged me almost $7. They’re now adding 20% gratuity fees for pickup orders they’re adding service charge fees for credit cards and they’re removing items such as vegetables off grilled vegetables off salads. Also when I looked at the prices on my receipt it seemed higher than it was on the menu and I didn’t have the heart to call it out because I’m just not going to make a big deal of it. I’m a frequent customer and I’m really disappointed in med Bistro with all the ways they’re charging customers now for extra money here and there. It’s starting to become a little bit too expensive also.

Not a friendly place. Food is only ok – lacks flavor. My drink was good. I went to the website to make a reservation and chose the 7:00 time. At 8:00, they began vacuuming and turning off lights. If you want people out by 7:45, maybe set the OpenTable last reservation time to 6 or 6:30. Our table was charged a 25% gratuity charge.

We LOVE Mediterranean Bistro! It is so delicious! I always get the Chicken Tabouli Salad! (And extra pita) The cucumber yogurt sauce (aka Tzatziki) is the best I’ve had anywhere! This is such a flavorful dish! But at Mediterranean Bistro you can’t go wrong – all of the food is fabulous! Service is always amazing as well! I’m always looking forward to the next time I go back.

I had an incredible combo kebab lunch at Mediterranean Bistro, and it exceeded all expectations. The rice was perfectly fluffy, bursting with flavor, and complemented the meal beautifully. Both the chicken and beef kebabs were cooked to perfection—succulent, moist, and incredibly tender. Every bite was a delight. The hummus, however, was the true star—creamy, rich, and absolutely out of this world. The flavors were authentic and satisfying, making for an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend Mediterranean Bistro to anyone craving top-notch Mediterranean cuisine!

Absolutely fantastic food. Highly recommend the Ghormeh Sabzi, Baba Ganoush, and Chicken Kabobs. The service was slow, but the waitresses were lovely and extremely nice. I will say, the service seemed slow mostly because there was only two people on staff, so I’m not upset about it.

I was the last customer seated during lunch service. The restaurant had only four tables occupied, with approximately 10–15 empty tables. Despite the availability, the waitress seated me between two tables where guests were speaking loudly. When I politely asked to be moved to a quieter spot, she responded, “Sweetheart, you’re by yourself—I’m not going to seat you at a table meant for three or four people.”

This response was dismissive and unnecessarily condescending, especially given the number of available tables. It’s disappointing to be treated as less deserving of comfort simply because I was dining alone. Hospitality should be about making every guest feel welcome—regardless of party size.
I have eaten in tens of Persian restaurants all over the country, their food would be ranked below average to average level.

On a whim, we decided we wanted Mediterranean food while we visited Omaha (we’re from Colorado). We conducted a Google search and selected the Mediterranean Bistro and made reservations for 4 adults, a 7 year old, and a 2 year old. Prior to going, we reviewed their menu online so we could order quickly (due to 2 hungry kids) and get out of the restaurant before prime dining time! Upon arrival, we sat at a corner booth with plenty of room for all 6 of us. We ordered an appetizer of Sliced Feta and Greek Olives with Pita Bread. It was delicious, and we shared it amongst the adults! It was a good portion and tasted great! My wife wanted a Gyro, but to our dismay, they only served them at lunch (our fault for not looking at the correct menu). She decided to have the Caspian (Lamb) Kabob. Marinated and grilled lamb tenderloin and fresh vegetables cooked over an open flame, served with basmati rice and a 2 oz. side of cucumber yogurt sauce. It was superb and the talk of the table! The lamb was cooked to perfection and generous in proportion! I had the Combo Kabob Chicken kabob and shish (beef tenderloin) with grilled fresh vegetables and basmati rice. The chicken was the best part of this meal, and I’d order Chicken Kabob if I had it to do all over. The beef tenderloin was chewy and had some gristle through it. My son had the Shish Kabob Marinated beef tenderloin, grilled vegetables, cooked open flame served with basmati rice. He liked his, and his was cooked well and was as advertised. My daughter in law had the Greek Salad with Chicken; Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, feta cheese, olives & house dressing with grilled chicken. The salad was fresh, the chicken was delicious, and it was a generous portion. The kids had the Small Plate Chicken, which was ok for them! The sides of all the meals were cooked well and definitely helped us geel full! The staff were ok but not great! We had to wait on drink refills, and the time we waited from the appetizer to order was a little long! The meals were cooked fresh and took about 25 minutes to receive. They were well worth the wait, but we were glad we brought along snacks for the kids. As a side note, when you order a Coke for $3.99, it’s served as a can with no refills. Finally, the bill came, and it wasn’t broken down by item. It was a little over $100 without tip, but we all felt it was worth it!

First time here. Friendly greeting as we arrived. Ordered the sampler appetizer. Very good. The dolmeh was really good as well as the spanakopita and falafel. The tabouli was really fresh and bright. I had the fessenjun, or also called chicken ala pomegranate. My nephew had the kubideh kabob and rice. Everything tasted good and had good portions. Will be back.
