Zero stars for this Starbucks this was my first time coming here they got my order wrong. I ordered a grande iced white chocolate mocha with vanilla sweet cold foam, no whipped cream,blonde espresso, and caramel drizzle.The cup even says no whipped cream and they added whipped cream and no cold foam. When I got it i I didn’t look at it I looked at it by the time I got home and it was too late to go back.But this was not and did not look like an ice white chocolate mocha it is a dark brown and tasted really bad. And it is not even white like it’s supposed to be.And for my mom’s drink they got it right but it was half way full and the inside looked weird like oily. She ordered a tall hot white chocolate mocha. Also it wasn’t even hot it was cold.

Corporate changed the birthday drinks a couple years ago so they were only good for your birthday, but I saw in the app it expired on the 26th. I assumed it meant at the end of the 26th so I came in the day after and saw it expired 🙁 the associates here were so sweet and still gave me my birthday drink. They even wrote on the cup which was sweet (I see other people post cute drawings on cups but never had one myself). This was a really nice treat in a stressful week!

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been too. I waited for 40 mins to take my order expecting to have coffee and a pastry but the guy in front of me was being difficult and rude to the person taking his order and saying he needed his order now that it wasn’t hot enough the last time he got it . When she asked for a manager for him no one came and he continued to be rude to her as if it was her fault. she said sorry for the wait a manger will be with you when they are available and went to make his food and asked him to repeat his drink hevsaid your confused she said I’m not confused I’m just getting your food. He continued to yell at her that she needs to get a manager cause she’s confused. finally a manager came and asked to speak to her in the back when they came back to help the difficult customer she looked discouraged. I assume she was berated for telling him to wait. They gave him a free order. What kinda place treats a rude customer this well and doesn’t assist
the employee in need. She took my order said sorry for that wait what can i get for you but looked upset trying to regain herself. I said it’s ok that guy was very difficult she looked around as if she was afraid to respond and just said thanks. Is this how you treat your workers starbucks. I’ve come here for a long time and the employees are so nice and do thier best i love coming here but seeing this changes how I see starbucks. Bad management if a manger can’t do well by customers and its employees. Starbucks needs to do better for a place that’s supposed to include every one it needs to be better! I feel bad i didn’t say anything but I foolishly expected more from Starbucks management

I Went to pick up a Sentrilock from one of my listings I just closed and had cravings for a Bacon Gouda Sandwich and a hot latte . I was certainly satisfied with the delicious and perfectly prepared items served by this Starbucks. The sandwich was packed with flavor and the bacon was cooked to perfection, while the latte had the perfect balance of coffee and milk. The quality of the ingredients used in both the sandwich and the coffee was evident and made for a truly enjoyable experience.
Finally, the service at this Starbucks was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive and efficient, making your visit even more enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure to be served by a team that clearly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work.
In conclusion, I highly recommend the 201 Rosevelt Rd Starbucks in Lombard, not just for its convenient location and cozy atmosphere, but also for its excellent food, drinks and service. It’s the perfect place to refuel and recharge, whether you’re on the go or just need a break.
